Brenda Nichols leads an unextraordinary life in a small house in Kentucky she calls The Hermitage. She believes in the magic of words to transport us to fantastic worlds, make us heroes, break our hearts, and put us together again. Her pen is put to page to write paranormal or urban fantasies, always with a touch of romance. Having worked at everything from soda jerk, to dairy farmer, dog groomer to software analyst, she’s now retired and leads a quiet life except for the tapping of fingers on the keyboard. She binges on coffee and keeps vampire hours, often going to bed when the sun is rising. Her mind comes alive at night when the world is quiet and the crickets sing.
