BIOGRAPHY Rene’e L. Ellis was born in Chicago, Il in 1950, matured In San Antonio, TX, now residing in Louisville, KY. She is a mother, grand and great-grandmother. Rene’e is an Ordained Elder, Published Author, Poet, Podcast host, Inspirational Speaker. She is unapologetic in faith and dialogue. Rene’e has published two poetic books , inspirational nonfiction, and other collaborations can be found within the public library system, as well as writing, producing and directing twenty-seven dramatic plays and musicals. She has numerous poetry awards.
Rene’e most recent work of fiction entitled Who will hear my tears Vol 1. Guilty until proven Innocent. A compelling story about surviving, domestic violence and hopelessness through faith in God. A spiritual journey of trust when the end to continuous suffering is not seen.
Rene’e ‘s education includes an M.Ed. and BA degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University. She also attended Aenon Bible college and Dallas Theological Seminary for her ministerial studies.
She is an advocate and minister in community outreach and with the youth. among her favorite scriptures are John 9:4 and Hebrews 11:1. Motto: Pick up your rock and run against the wind.
