The author, Bikramjit Konwar, was born in 1976 and completed engineering graduation in 2000. Later the author had lost health due to poor lifestyle and food habits. After years of struggling, he recovered health by adopting food and lifestyle strategies. Later the author had done a Diploma in Nutrition and also Naturopath. And in this process, the author found his super passion for health. He spent several years in the advanced study of health and well-being. Food is the one most crucial thing for health-no one is arguing that. But other lifestyle factors like behavior, stress handling, sleep, physical activeness, and other well-being measures are no less crucial towards a healthy life. All are interconnected, and a human body never works isolated or part by part. It is vital what tools and strategies we have, what fits our lives, and how we can implement them to achieve sustainable health and happiness.
