BIOGRAPHY
Jan is the very definition of a 'self-starter' and brings real world experience to her keynotes, training and coaching. An airline industry superstar, she rose from the ramp support team to the ticket counter to flight attendant to instructor, training more than 20,000 flight attendants. Jan later became a member of the American Airlines Performance Solution Team, speaking on leadership, self-esteem, life balance, stress reduction, and exceptional customer service throughout the United States, as well as in South Korea, Japan, Guam, Australia, Turkey, Italy and India.

Since leaving the airline industry, Jan has conducted training for a wide variety of Women's Organizations, Fortune 500 companies, schools, colleges, library systems, prisons and associations.

She has trained with and assists Chicken Soup for the Soul author Jack Canfield with his hugely popular self-esteem and success seminars.

Jan is a sought after Keynote Speaker at global conferences and in the US and and founder of Dream Clubs and Conferences for women. She coaches writers to be best sellers with virtual and onsite retreats. Jan has facilitated training in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Scotland, Australia and Bermuda and author of seven books. She co-created Success University for Women best sellers and is the Creator of the Jan Fraser Inspired Life Series.

Jan conducts "Write to Best Seller" retreats for aspiring authors looking to get their books out of their head and into the world.

Jan is someone who not only talks the talk but also walks the walk. Every year she participates in the 39 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and Relay for Life and skydived over Las Vegas at 14,000ft.

She is a CSP® (Certified Speaking Professional™) designation from the National Speakers Association.

Jan lives with her husband in Lake Las Vegas and Bermuda and balances her life between two shores. She has two daughters and seven grandchildren.
