BIOGRAPHY
KD Sherrinford was born and raised in Preston, Lancashire. and now resides on the Fylde Coast with her husband, John, and their four children.
An avid reader from an early age. KD was fascinated by the stories of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Agatha Christie. She had read the entire Sherlock Holmes Canon by age 13.
Visiting the Sherlock Holmes Museum on Baker Street inspired KD to begin her first novel—Song for Someone. Writing about Irene Adler has always been a passion; she Is such an iconic character." Song for Someone" was a Finalist at The Chanticleer Book Awards in Romantic Fiction and received critical acclaim from Book, Viral, Goodreads Readers Favorite, Literary Titan, and The Historical Fiction Company, describing " Song for Someone as a literary masterpiece, and a tale that stands out in contemporary literature. The novel is also a proud recipient of The Editors Choice Gold Seal. The second book in the Sherlock Holmes and Irene Adler Romantic mystery series is " Christmas at The Saporis", while the third in this fabulous trilogy is " Meet Me In Milan."
