BIOGRAPHY I am an avid reader. And a writer. I have supported multiple family members with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s. Always seeking my own growth and truth, I also teach and performs belly dance, and practices Therapeutic Touch and Reiki. As an avid labyrinth-walker, and Trained Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, I provide Labyrinth workshops for anyone experiencing loss or needing to find a new way at looking at life. I co-own a janitorial business in the Denver Metro area.
