  - constant. I write everyday at least 1 to 2 hours and most days it is much much more. Have been known to do 'stupid hours' as my family call it when I am trying to finish a project but really if the flow is right I dont care how much I work I love it.

  - Dont listen to that bloody english teacher who said I quote "You couldn't write a sentence to save your life." Just do it.
