      • If I were to change genre it would be to Horror, specifically Zombie apocalyptic type stories. I've loved zombies and Zombie movies since I was really young (probably too young), it was a dream of mine to write a brilliant Zombie film and have it recognized by George Romero.

      • Yes, I think everyone has at least once. Tips, lots and lots of wine. Joking, well not really-it can help. Honestly, walking away. Either taking a break and just relaxing my mind. Or work on another project. Most importantly, don't force it. If it isn't coming, don't push. You won't be happy and it will translate in your writing.

      • Yes I read my reviews. I am always excited about good ones. Bad ones I take them as they come. If they have constructive feedback, I take it into consideration. Otherwise if it is just a troll, I laugh about them. As a reader, I've read more books because of the complaints from a 1 star review than a 5 star. I also remind myself, YOU CAN'T MAKE EVERY ONE HAPPY. No matter how hard you work, someone is always going to find a problem or an issue.

      • I've been writing since I was young. Growing up as an only child with an over active imagination who frequently had conversations with herself, made for a pretty good writer. My original dream had been to become a screenplay writer. I've always loved writing dialogue and working on plot development.

      • Solid plot. It is so important to have a solid, plausible plot that is well developed. Next is fluid dialogue that sounds authentic. While proper grammar is important, I feel no matter how properly a story is written. If the plot isn't solid and the dialogue sounds like robots, no one is going to care very much about the quality grammar.
