      • Yes, I read the reviews, and it is an important incentive for me. I have a habit of citing excerpts from reviews that support, encourage, and value certain aspects of my work.

      • Generally, the books I read and my experience inspire me to write.
        I published my first book in 1997. I got the inspiration for this book during professional training abroad, which was rounded off by a nine-month specialization, including an internship at the European Commission. The knowledge and experience gained on that occasion enabled me to prepare that paper. The great interest of the domestic professional public in the first book confirmed the importance of its publication and indicated the need to prepare a second book.

        I published my third book in 2010 as a result of many years of research related to the preparation of my doctoral dissertation in the field of economic sciences. For the publication of this book, I received financial support at the Competition of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia.

        I wrote the book: "COMPETITION AND INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT" inspired by professional training abroad in the field of public procurement. Its second updated edition was published last year. I published the latest book entitled "CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT AND BID RIGGING" this year.

        I wrote 11 books and over 70 scientific and professional articles, which were published in domestic and international journals.

      • Writing style and authenticity are very important to me. When it comes to, for example, books for students, there is no such complex topic that cannot be explained in an understandable way if it is written clearly and transparently.

        Regardless of the genre, each book should enrich readers with new knowledge and inspire them. That should be the goal of good writing.

      • In some of my articles, I presented certain tips for aspiring writers. On this occasion, I would single out the following:
        - Write notes every day, even just one sentence, about your thoughts, impressions, feelings, experiences, etc;
        - Read, read, and read. All writers were first avid readers;
        - Be persistent and patient and don't give up on writing.
