I have come across "Writer's Block" more than once. I handle it with taking a break from the story and either work on something else, or take a writing break and read. The story has a chance to develop within the time and you find you have a whole new insight on it.
My inspiration was when I was younger and I received a few diaries from my relatives. They thought I needed an out let for my feeling. They were simple Dear Diary... Entries until I hit the end of middle school and poetry came into play. Once high school came all my time was spent in Art and English. From there I took my poems and turned them into a story slowly developing for years and I was inspired into writing Under the Willow.
