What’s been the most rewarding part of your writing journey so far?
Karl, Thank you for your question, and I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. My Rocked in the Cradle of Coal historical fiction series continues. I am now working on Book 5 in the series which is the result of growing up in Pennsylvania anthracite coal country. I have heard similar stories all my life, told by who survived those tough early 20th century days. As a result, I decided to preserve history as told from the perspective of the children living back then so their stories aren't lost. It must be true that you should write what you know," because I truly enjoy my trips back in time, and have fallen in love with my characters over and over again.
