Someone asked me if I knew how to do this, and if I could teach it to them. I do know how! I figured others might enjoy the knowledge as well.

At first, I planned to just use this as my April A to Z challenge topic for 2015. Then it occurred to me that an ebook might make it easier, in the long run, for authors who wanted more details. (less)
