Kaye Nutman is well-travelled, with a passion for teaching and writing. Born in Northumberland, England, she lived in various locations throughout the UK before making the decision to move to Melbourne, Australia with her husband and family. After completing her Teacher Training, Kaye worked in education during a difficult time in the UK, the Miner's Strike. She persevered to earn her Bachelor of Education (Hons) Degree while continuing to work full time. Kaye's career in education spanned from Deputy Head to Acting Head of a beautiful village school, but when her son was born, she transitioned to part-time work in Special Educational Needs.
