Amy Lynn Garcia was born and raised in West Des Moines Iowa where she continues to live with her family. Amy is a registered nurse specializing in high risk pregnancy as well as being a contemporary romance author. Amy is also the proud mother of five daughters and grandmother of two granddaughters. In early 2014 after reading upwards of 300 romance novels in a years time a coworker planted the seed of writing her own novel. Never having written anything but always up for a challenge she decided to give it a whirl and wrote a synopsis for what eventually became Dark Kiss.
