I’m Victoria Benoit—Mind/Body Repatterning™ expert and Amazon #1 Bestselling Author and Publisher—residing in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a fun-loving, optimistic woman living an extraordinarily rich life, filled with passion, love, and adventure. Along with writing, speaking, and facilitating transformational healing, I enjoy Ballroom, Country, and West Coast Swing dancing; singing; biking; hiking; spending time in nature; and traveling to beaches around the world. My friends and family are especially dear to me no matter what we’re doing. My biggest fan was my Beloved Bernie of ten years, who liberated his soul from his physical body on November 27, 2017.
I grew up in Milwaukee, WI, with my younger brother and two sisters. At 20 years old, I

Sometimes I take a walk around the block and that seems to help. Other times, I visualize myself walking in the woods down a familiar path and the guardian of my book is sitting at a picnic table with the six other guardians of the other books I've written. The guardian stands and gives me the finished version of my book and I bow in gratitude and then return with the book in my hands and then I start writing with abandon. I hope this helps!(less)

“Erica Jong’s book, How to Save Your Own Life—“Love is everything it’s cracked up to be. That’s why people are so cynical about it. It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don’t risk anything, you risk even more.”
Victoria Benoit, What Would Love Do Right Now? A Guide to Living an Extraordinary Life

“A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both. —L. P. Jacks Patagonia’s”
