Dawn Umrie is a romance writer, a coffeeholic, and an afternoon tea drinker.

After years of being an avid reader, she took the plunge in January 2018 and released her début romance novel, Blue Diamond.

Some of her hobbies include yoga and meditation, mixing essential oil potions, collecting crystals, and listening to K-pop music.

Discoveries of a new indie writer… some of which fall into the category of TMI.

I’m encouraged to say, that I’m just about half-way through… or is it half-way into (darn, that half-empty glass thing) my second, untitled romance draft. Now, before you say, “way to go, that’s great,” I still have a long way to go, and it’s during the editing stage that the really hard work for me begins.

While I’d love to put 100% focus on completing this piece, self-promotion has eaten up a hug
