Jay Veloso Batista, based in Ocean View, Delaware, has published for over 20 years, including the Forerunner Viking Age Historical Fantasy novels, technical manuals and teaching materials for the Society of Motion Pictures & Television Engineers (SMPTE), multiple Role-Playing Games, short stories and poetry.
