    Are you one of those people who would love to stay attractive and slim for ages and ages, but you truly hate doing those hard and exhausting workouts at the gym? Then you are in luck to have finally found the source of knowledge that will give you the solution you’ve been looking for. Engaging in an active lifestyle is for our own good, but it’s not necessary at all that it should be too hard.

    This book also won’t compel you to calculate calories every day—let us leave space for creativity, instead of starting each morning with boring calculations.

    You will be offered several different plans, depending on what kind of goal you want to achieve.

    Should the statement What you eat is what you are be taken literally? Yes, and no.

    Why it is not is clear to everyone, as, after eating a tomato no one becomes a vegetable.

    Why it is, should also be clear, but it is something we prefer not to think about every day, while we munch on another serving of some kind of junk food: everything we consume dissolves into small elements in our stomachs; most elements will be absorbed by the blood and delivered to every single cell of our bodies, whether they are useful vitamins and proteins, or mostly harmful chemicals and fat. Therefore, we are what we eat, in this deeper sense of the meaning!

    Proper nutrition is one of the most fundamental things on which anyone’s healthy and happy life can be based.

    If you want to radically change your being for the better, to feel satisfied about who you are, or to look slim and attractive no matter what age is stated in your passport, start with changing unhealthy eating habits, to healthy ones—and make them your favorites.

    First, take your time and learn how to make things happen in the right way, avoiding the common situation where best intentions lead to extra problems instead of the desired fabulous results.

    This is a crucially important point, and this book was written to make it clear how to create the new you in a safe and efficient way.

    Well, who among us hasn’t tried to start doing better, for example, starting Next Monday? There are millions in the world who started, but soon gave up. Many individuals get inspired with the idea, but their inspiration quickly fades once they encounter difficulties caused by poorly thought out attempts to force themselves into something that can lead to more damage than good for their bodies.

    Along with that, failure to take into account the psychological aspects of being overweight—why it happens and the factors that provoke it—keeps people from really sorting out the problem.

    MYTHS ABOUT FOOD

    Let us talk about you today. . . and about your family, and all those other citizens of the world who have similar wishes, dreams, hopes, desires and plans.

    A person needs to have some accurate basic knowledge and understanding, to be able to sort out whatever they must do to succeed.

    Of course, it would be amazing to be able to take only one simple action, to do just one thing or another, and, like waving a magic wand, extra pounds melt, health becomes much improved, and happiness appears from nowhere. But does this work, in reality?

    In fact, there is far more to life wisdom than JUSTs and ONLYs if we are willing to do what it takes to succeed.

    In most cases, we succeed in achieving our aims when we are shown the path to the result, but not when we just try to get there. And then, if trying doesn’t lead to the desired result (because we probably weren’t doing it properly), we use our failure as another excuse to just complain instead of identifying the problem.

    So JUSTs and ONLYs won’t work.

    Defeatism might be excusable for teenagers, but not for adults.

    First of all, let’s start by listing some popular myths about diets, and how to go about successfully losing weight in a HEALTHY way; because unsuccessful or unhealthy ways are not what we are interested in, right?

    Without clarifying the whole concept and principles, it wouldn’t make much sense to JUST give you the diet.

    MYTH 1:

    A diet is only about calculating the calories of what you eat.

    ––––––––

    WRONG.

    ––––––––

    Everything is not so simple, and that is why this myth doesn’t take into consideration many other factors.

    For example, if you were to eat a creamy cookie with 500 calories, the simple carbohydrates will be immediately transferred to replenish more fat into your body. Plus, as you know most cookies (and most other products in modern supermarkets) contain different kinds of chemical trash which is actually a slow-killing poison to humans: flavorings, preservatives, emulsifiers, taste intensifiers, etc., etc.

    Even if food producers were to fortify such products with some useful minerals or vitamins as a marketing trick to attract the easy, trusting customer, in reality the harm from consuming such a product may actually be bigger than any benefit.

    Moreover, junk food will act as an appetizer, and so you may end up not being able to stop yourself until you have eaten a huge number of cookies.

    RESULT: your body is mostly just accumulating FAT AND TOXINS.

    Please understand, we are not against cookies at all, and we all enjoy them now and then; but you should at least know how things work in your digestive system so you can maintain a balance that allows you and your family to stay healthy instead of sorry.

    PS. The word cookie in the above example can easily be replaced with words like burger, hot dog, potato chips, soft drinks, candies, french fries, etc., etc., etc.

    An alternative choice would be to eat some fresh fruit or vegetables of absolutely the SAME number of calories.

    Not only does fresh food contain cellulose, which cleans the digestive system from the inside as everyone knows, but it ALSO contains enzymes and living energy (called prana by yogis). Enzymes help the pancreas with fermentation to process food in such a way that, when getting into the blood and lymphatic systems, all the cells of the body are cleansed and fed with natural vitamins, minerals and healthy energy.

    RESULT: your body is mostly accumulating good elements and it quickly detoxifies.

    Important Warning:

    It’s necessary to be careful about nitrates, pesticides, etc. in our fresh vegetables and fruit. 

    These substances can turn a supposed benefit into very serious harm. It is ideal to have a nitrate tester.

    Peeling off and soaking in a little salty water helps to get rid of at least some of that stuff.

    This may not be an issue where you live, but in some countries it is a huge problem: food stores are full of produce (and often quite expensive, by the way) that only makes people unhealthy, old and ugly, because they contain so many chemicals.

    It is recommended that you develop a good habit while grocery shopping, to always read the contents on a label whenever possible, not just the name of the product. What sometimes may appear to be the same product, but from different producers, may sometimes actually contain completely different ingredients.

    MYTH 2:

    The benefit of any given food is all about the vitamins and minerals it contains.

    That’s how you can see whether the food is healthy or not.

    WRONG.

    ––––––––

    Above we have already discussed how food producers try to use marketing tricks to present their goods as healthy ones when they are not.

    Also, cooked food might still have a lot of minerals and some vitamins left in it, but there are no enzymes or energy left after cooking, so it’s no longer as effective for healing and detoxifying.

    Water in fresh fruit and vegetables is structured and energized; water after boiling is dead water.

    MYTH 3:

    You just have to exercise and you will drop a lot of weight no matter what you are eating, even if you are seriously overweight.

    WRONG.

    ––––––––

    First, with this approach it will take you literally forever to really get slim or healthy.

    Second, eating the wrong food makes you fat and lazy.

    Trying to exercise while eating poorly may feel like true TORTURE.

    By eating the wrong food, you will have accumulated huge amounts of toxins in your organs, blood, lymph, skin, vascular walls, kidneys, liver, etc.

    What are you really doing when exercising after that? You are just driving the poisons all around inside of you. And, of course, feeling terrible. So what’s the sense in taking such silly and harmful actions?

    It is a different situation when you are ALREADY healthy and slim. Then, of course, you can allow yourself some cookies, fries and burgers more often, if you are also exercising. If you have already detoxed, say in summer (because you’ve eaten lots of fresh food and also through perspiration when it’s hot), then your body will expel toxins much more easily after eating poorly, and it will not cause too much harm for your weight and health. That is, IF your portions are right.

    Great health and a slim figure is definitely about beginning a new—just a little bit wiser—WAY OF LIFE.

    It’s not about going on a quick diet then rushing to get back to typical dull habits, and quickly gaining the same pounds back, causing even more damage to your health by making such jumps.

    MYTH 4:

    You just have to drink water; that will make you feel less hungry.

    ––––––––

    NOT QUITE RIGHT.

    ––––––––

    It is very true that sipping some water helps to decrease a feeling of emptiness in the stomach if you haven’t eaten anything for a long time.

    At the same time, when someone is feeling hungry, it’s not just about having an empty stomach. Sometimes people can have their stomachs filled right up, but they will still keep eating if there’s something tasty within reach. They are getting PLEASURE from satisfying their taste receptors.

    Many people unconsciously compensate for other missing pleasures in their lives by eating, and sitting playing video games or watching TV, and eating again and again, because that is the easiest way for them to feel better.

    Such people look for food with the idea of experiencing exactly that pleasure he is used to feeling while eating tasty meals.

    If advised to drink water, will water satisfy any of his taste receptors? No.

    Will drinking water alone ever work to help him lose any weight? Never.

    (Please don’t lose hope, there are still lots of things that do work; they will be described soon.)

    MYTH 5:

    Having to change anything about portions and lifestyle is too unpleasant, or impossible.

    ––––––––

    WRONG.

    It’s actually you who makes a choice and decides for yourself which attitude to favor:

    -  You can choose to take a stance that it’s so sad to have to get your butt off the sofa (when you JUST wanted to play video games or watch TV) and go do something for your own health and wellness (your children, if you have them, will follow your OWN example, like all kids follow their parents). . . and you may feel like it’s so bad that you have to make a little more effort to do anything a bit differently from the way that you are used to doing all your life. . . (tears, tears); OR

    -  You can look at it WITH GREAT EXCITEMENT and enthusiasm, as a possibility to make your, and your family’s, life a lot better, where you are all healthy, attractive and successful HAPPY people!

    The choice is totally YOURS.

    MYTH 6:

    To change anything for the better in your and your family’s meals and habits will cost a lot of money or time.

    ––––––––

    WRONG.

    ––––––––

    Healthy habits will cost you about the SAME, or even LESS time and money, as your usual unhealthy ones.

    Plus you get great health, looks and lots of energy for living happy lives, instead of gaining pounds and diseases following a common habitual, stereotypical mentality.

    ––––––––

    MYTH 7:

    Being on a diet means you will not get to eat any tasty or delicious food, while you gnaw on tasteless leaves and roots day and night, just like goats or rabbits!

    ––––––––

    VERY WRONG (fortunately).

    ––––––––

    Why would we choose to eat anything that doesn’t taste good, while there are tons of delicious recipes you can try?

    Yes, it may take some effort and changes, but what we choose can be fun too.

    GUIDING PRINCIPLES

    ––––––––

    There are some key important PRINCIPLES you should follow when embarking on a better quality life:

    ––––––––

    PRINCIPLE 1:

    We are going to be quite flexible and NOT ever going to make our healthy lifestyle lead to a state of malnutrition.

    ––––––––

    Do not feel that you need to become pure vegetarian, fruitarian, or a strictly raw food eater, because life still has to be fun, and should be full of joy and taste. Very severe menu restrictions for the rest of your life sounds unreasonable and so sad. . .

    Yet, never jump into anything (even good) blindly.

    Every person is an individual, and has different characteristics concerning their health, temperament, preferences, etc. Our aim is to choose the best options.

    PRINCIPLE 2:

    Our ration changes will be totally SAFE.

    (and will contain all the minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, etc.)

    Please keep in mind that some popular slimming diets are very dangerous. We stay away from them, and we also stay away from any slimming pills or drops, which have destroyed many people’s destinies.

    Our fundamental goal is GREAT HEALTH, and not just dropping pounds at any cost.

    PRINCIPLE 3:

    You can choose if your goal is slow weight loss with a more comfortable diet, or quicker results with tougher restrictions.

    ––––––––

    Healthy weight loss can be a bit slow, but if you want to get slim as quickly as possible, we will share with you how to do it in a safe way.

    Losing pounds quickly is generally achieved in an unhealthy way; those pounds will be gained back again very soon, because the lost weight was mostly water and muscle, which we do not need to lose at all.

    We only have to lose fat, toxins and diseases, and only in a natural and safe way.

    It will take several weeks or months (depending on how much weight you need to lose) to TOTALLY get back to normal; your goal will not be realized in days. But the upcoming amazing result will be more than worth it!

    What to do if you feel impatient and desperate to get rid of extra pounds, or if you need to be slim and attractive by some particular date? Fortunately, as a competitive alternative to slow slimming, there is also a solution for those who want a quicker result.

    Read on, and you’ll know how to do it!

    PRINCIPLE 4:

    Become a bit more organized, and keep a reasonable balance in whatever you’re doing.

    ––––––––

    As you have probably already guessed, you will definitely need to have a list of all the products to be put into your shopping trolley when you go to the supermarket.

    Also, you should have a list of products to stay away from.

    ––––––––

    PRINCIPLE 5:

    Learn to be a wise consumer, and distinguish the good products from the bad.

    (EVEN IF THE NAME ON THE LABEL IS ABSOLUTELY THE SAME.)

    ––––––––

    This is extremely important, and not as hard as it may seem. . . but it won’t be easy either, if you don’t know about the tricks food producers use to attract people to buy true poisons (while wholly believing they are getting benefits or good deals).

    ––––––––

    *  Your First Rule for Food Shopping:

    ––––––––

    Always read the ingredients, and not just the name on the label.

    Choose the one that has no (or at least a lot fewer) dangerous chemical additives.

    Use your spare time to learn about bad / less bad / not so bad chemicals that producers add during processing.

    Did you really think they were all pretty harmless?

    ––––––––

    *  The Second Rule for Food Shopping:

    ––––––––

    Always be suspicious if you see a significant price difference between products with the same name.

    For example: you are looking for apple vinegar and see some bottles priced very low, and a couple of bottles ten times more expensive. If your hand is already reaching for one of the cheaper bottles, your head is likely thinking, What silly person would buy a costly bottle while there are plenty of brands with a lot better prices?!

    Or, will you take an extra couple of minutes to find out WHY the difference seems so ridiculous, and learn that only the more expensive bottles contain real apple vinegar made from ripe, fresh apples by natural fermentation, while the cheaper bottles of the same product are just useless rubbish made by mixing some cheap spirit vinegar with a little apple juice concentrate (or maybe even apple flavoring and a coloring agent)?

    So which bottle will be a total waste of money or, moreover, harmful for your health?

    Even if you read the contents and it seems about same, but the price difference is too big, the trick might be due to an unnatural but quick and cheap WAY of producing this product.

    Example: you need a soya sauce and see a plastic bottle of it for about one euro, yet you can see some other glass bottles of absolutely the same volume, but they cost ten euro per bottle. . . the content is the SAME. . . so what’s the trick???

    The Answer: in the more expensive glass bottle is real soya sauce made naturally, and extremely useful for both your health and figure; in the cheap plastic bottle is poison made by using strongly active and dangerous chemicals to make the process of fermentation cheap and quick (compared with the long lasting process of natural fermentation). 

    So saving money in this case is equal to slowly, step-by-step, killing yourself, and your family’s health.

    Opposite examples: 

    When sellers try to charge you more for non-existent benefits, by pretending to call the goods special when they are not.

    Say it’s Easter time, and the store manager has made a special shelf in the corner of the supermarket, named it Keeping (or Dropping) the Fast (meaning the religious Easter Lent) food products. . . they grabbed some food items (which they thought would fit the idea) from all around the store, put them on display there, and doubled the prices, pretending that those goods are so special, healthy and just the right choice for Lent.

    If you are an aware person, you just go to other shelves or to another shop, and get even better food for half the price.

    Another example:

    You’ve decided not to eat much sugar, as it’s too bad for you and your family, but a smiling shop assistant is showing you a very expensive brown box with cane sugar on the label, saying that it is a good alternative to ordinary sugar. . . so you are probably already thinking about buying some and making your tea sweeter without harm. Don’t rush to waste your money only to gain more pounds: over 90% of goods called cane sugar in shops all over the world is only NORMAL SUGAR colored brown by adding a tiny amount of cane syrup, no matter what country has produced it. Such is the situation on the world market for the moment. If you want to be sure to get real cane sugar, you have to go to a cane sugar factory and buy it there. . . and you can only do that in the countries where it is produced.

    Or, what if you want to buy some fruit or vegetables, and see some more expensive, perfect looking ones, maybe even delivered from another country? Here you can easily guess such products are not really worth buying, as they are definitely processed using huge amounts of chemicals both while growing and while delivering, to make them look fresh and delicious. That’s where people are overpaying for poisons.

    Etc., etc., etc., etc., etc. . .

    An aware person won’t ever let those sly food dealers catch him with their tricks and make him think he is saving his health when he is really buying poison, or overpaying for ordinary goods in cases when it’s not needed at all and savings would be very reasonable.

    So why not use some spare time to learn about other possible tricks in the stores and become a wise customer to benefit yourself and your family?

    The Third Rule for Food Shopping:

    Never buy ANY junk food (or food that is just bad for you) for just in case.

    Human willpower is not made of stone, so all the wrong (but so tasty) food will be eaten as a first choice, just making you gain weight and diseases (and making you feel guilty, but it won’t help).

    THEN, OF COURSE most fruit and vegetables, etc., will just be thrown out into rubbish bins because they were left in the fridge for too long and spoiled.

    You have to be a good STRATEGIST to make a plan work.

    NEVER GIVE YOURSELF ANY CHOICES other than the RIGHT choices.

    Otherwise, neither you, nor any of those living with you, have any chance at all to change anything for the better about eating.

    MISTAKES TO AVOID

    There is STILL one thing left to talk about before you can finally start.

    Here are a couple of BAD MISTAKES you are already probably thinking about making from the beginning, and that will just lead you to get indigestion, and even more imbalance and intoxication; plus, disappointment as a result:

    1) A bad mistake is to change your rationing without being ready to prevent possible problems you meet along the way, especially without properly protecting your digestive system, and without supporting your body in helping to get rid of garbage, and to tune your pancreas’s work to a different mode.

    Your pancreas is tuned to producing enzymes for processing the type of food you have been eating your whole life. Now it has to adjust for producing a lot more enzymes for processing more fresh products, which used to be consumed in smaller amounts. This adjustment doesn’t happen immediately, and it needs your understanding of the right behavior.

    That is the MOST common mistake, which explains why lots of people who try to start eating healthier just end up with bad gastritis and abandon their attempts, thinking it was a bad idea that didn’t work.

    No, the idea wasn’t bad; only their thoughtless approach was bad, as they were simply too lazy to learn the subject well enough and to become AWARE about the functioning of their own organs, before they start doing things improperly.

    This book will explain everything about what you need to do before you start, not to just follow other people’s poor examples.

    2) Not taking into account that in the modern food industry, it’s not that easy to find a product that will be more useful than harmful for anybody’s health and weight.

    3) Falling into extremes and making wrong assumptions.

    It’s definitely a mistake not to take food quality into account.

    Equally bad is when, for example, after experiencing how poor-quality products have affected you or your family members, you just eliminate some important products from your meals, instead of simply finding where to get better-quality products. This is especially true if we are talking about our children’s meals.
