About Me

KIM BOCK is the internationally published author of several captivating novels, short stories and Novellas, that blend elements of mystery, fantasy, and romance.

Her unwavering passion for storytelling, which led her to self-publish on platforms like Amazon Kindle Unlimited, started with a traditionally published Historical Romance, in 2009.

She published this novel with LAPA in South Africa, which is an imprint of Penguin Random House, South Africa.
It was published in an era before ebooks took off, and it quickly sold out. There is unfortunately not an ebook available for this novel, ‘Gee My Jou Hart.’

Born and raised in South Africa, Kim's love of literature began at a young age, inspired by the works of great authors such as Charles Dickens and Dostoevsky.

She holds a post-graduate degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Criminology, bringing a unique depth to her characters and plots.

Her diverse career has ranged from trade union negotiating to website design, enriching the worlds she creates.

Her latest project, a dark ROMANCE series, called The Sentinels, mixes dark romance and Gothic Horror with supernatural intrigue. This reflects Kim’s talent for crafting accessible yet profound narratives.

In her writing, she continues to explore the complexities of human relationships, mystery, and identity.

When she's not writing, Kim reads! An avid reader and history enthusiast, Kim also enjoys learning new languages and caring for her cats, Maya and Nacho, who are her constant companions and a source of joy in her life.
