Like most creative writers, the world of fiction is my playground and my life has been significantly enriched by reading, as well as writing. I have suffered from mental illness since adolescence and I sought and found solace in reading. It didn't take long for a passion for writing to cultivate, and I began with poetry as a therapeutic outlet. Once the ideas began to flow, the short stories soon followed. And now, many years later, after my children have grown and moved out, I have finally been able to carve out time to spend on writing again, and my empty nest has become a satisfying period for me. So now, I embark on a new phase of life to explore the many story ideas I have taken notes on, over the last two decades. My first novel is a mildly erotic romance titled, "Sands of Time" and I sincerely hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed creating it.
