Jay Hyrons

Jay was born in Wales and lived in Brecon as a young child. She grew up between Wales, Devon and Somerset.

As a young child she always had a passion for writing short stories and over the past few years has been a blogger. Her Falklands 35 Blog is an ongoing project.

Jay has just published her second book called The Falklands Widow it is a 'Journey through Grief'
