Kathryn Occhipinti

Dr. Kathryn Occhipinti is a radiologist of Italian-American descent who has been leading Italian language groups in the Peoria and Chicago areas for over 15 years. During that time, she founded Stella Lucente, LLC, a publishing company focused on instructional language books designed to make learning a second language easy and enjoyable for the adult audience. She written books to help adults learn both Italian and French: the "Conversational Italian for Travelers" series and "Conversational French for Travelers Just the Important Phrases." Dr Occhipinti is a blogger and teacher of the Italian language and active on all social media promoting the Italian and French languages and cultures.
