About the author

Victoria Roberts Siczak was born in upstate New York and lived on the shore of the Oneida River during her childhood. She attended Oswego State and Syracuse University and published many short stories and poems. Victoria moved with her family to Tennessee in 1994. She is a wife, a mother and grandmother and momma to one spoiled beagle/terrier. Victoria is a storyteller with the unique ability to blend science-fiction, fantasy and mystique, with realism, spiritualism, and historical actualizations. Her own intrinsic character portrays a distinctive mystique in her writing and her life. Victoria lives in the southeast and enjoys reading and writing almost as much as she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Her favorite quote is from Actress and Civil Rights Activist Josephine Baker: “The day will come when color means nothing more than the skin tone, when religion is seen uniquely as a way to speak one's soul, and all men are born free. Only understanding this, will enable us to breed love and brotherhood.” “This,” she hopes, “Will one day come to be!”

- Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2015Victoria Roberts Siczak is a gifted Science Fiction writer who has cleverly crafted inspiration into a Paradoxical series. The first novel in the series, Paradoxical I: Angels & Apparitions, brilliantly set the pace for what was to come.
The second in the series, Paradoxical II: Prophesies & Premonitions is undeniably the most fascinating paranormal novel I have ever read. It was reminiscent of Clive Barker’s New York Times best seller, The Scarlet Gospels.
I must admit that I found some of the creatures and conjuring a bit disturbing, but Victoria managed to keep everything in balance as people and entities moved to and from alternate universes through portals. Her characters are painstakingly presented as just average people caught up in scientific phenomena.
Beliefs and practices of spiritual groups, from the most primitive to those of traditional organized religions, are examined as possible explanations for the often bizarre, yet fascinating goings on and even the Association for the Scientific Research of Phenomena (ASRP), despite their intent to adhere to the Scientific Method during their research, is blindsided by the sudden appearance of beings that the mind of the author has so cleverly conjured up. I expected strange goings-on and I wasn’t disappointed.
This is a fast paced novel that keeps you on edge until the last pages. It seems very un-scientific to consider the subject of other-world phenomena with an “all’s well, that ends well” outlook, but that was my experience.
Siczak does such an impressive job of presenting Paradoxical II that the desire to see more inevitably presents itself as you reach the end of the book. The good news is that she promises us a third book, Paradoxical III: Gods & Galaxies.
If you like novels full of surprises, provocative characters, that stimulate your mind and leave you wanting more, then Paradoxical II: Prophesies & Premonitions should be on your list of “must reads”.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2016This is a mystical, supernatural, and methodical examination of mysterious. Individuals are searching to discover the motive for entries to the unknown. Paradoxical II: Prophecies & Premonitions, goes into the search of the unfamiliar and it presents bizarre creatures that populate the exterior kingdoms and magnitudes linked to our creation. Guided by an angle, a young Romanian Catholic girl has perceptive intuition. She sees the angel in apparitions, leading her to bring God's message to mankind. There is also a Voodoo priest, trying to determine how to halt the entrances from opening. A man who vanished years before from a boat, as well as others who have returned through the entrance haven’t’ slumbered, or even grown older. They also have obscured views of time. Author, Victoria Roberts Siczak has created a story that is mystical and enchanting. Her vast imagination is threaded throughout the pages in this quick paced fantasy. Those who are Metaphysical & Visionary fantasy buffs will want to put this one in their collection.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2016Victoria Roberts Siczak is an amazing writer. She has such a knowledge of the paranormal and the universe.
Hypothesized in Cosmology,
Physics, Religion, philosophy, Transpersonal psychology, Quantum universes, interpenetrating dimensions and alternate realities.
Time travel, space, infinity, portals - they open and close,
Multiverses, quantum physics. Different probabilities, parallel universes,
Sometimes my head was spinning, reading that incredible book. This is now the second book i was reading, and can't wait to read the third now.
What else can i say? I am lost for words to say more, about that fantastic book. you really have to get the book and read it and feel it, not only with your eyes, with your mind and soul.
But don't forget it's fiction, or you will be wished away and will be lost in time, or in a wormhole. It offers so much to think about.
And, can there, will there be a re-birth into another body? A continuing entity through all eternity?
Well done

The whole series is fascinating and a philosophical adventure. Recommended. Five stars.

So, I was happy to receive a complimentary copy in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. And I’m glad that I did. Paradoxical II: Prophecies and Premonitions is a fascinating and unique page-turner that would satisfy any paranormal, sci-fi fan and not only them but even adventure, action fans like me. Science and religion cross in this book that blends different cultures and believes with paranormal, time-travel, mystery, and adventure.
