    I don't normally read Novella's but with this series, I couldn't miss a single word, so I read it! This just tops off the Gibson/Chloe/Piper story. It added more love, romance, heart, answers and just more more more to the story! I really hope this series never ends, it's just that good.

    I enjoyed this very much but I felt like it just ended abruptly. You can't introduce this into a story and a few pages later just end it. I wanted to see more of how Chole was handling it. Sigh, I just felt short changed.

    I didn’t think it was possible to fall more in love with this hotter than hell Rock God Gibson Barclay, but Author KL Shandwick has made me do it. This novella packs as much punch as the two preceding books in this Last Score series and if anything was going to bring this man to his knees, this moment, where his past collides with his present would be the one to do it. Knowing it would break Chloe’s heart, this beautiful creature of a man, this man who every woman desired, this man who lived to keep his woman happy, dreaded imparting his news.

    Throughout this series, we’ve seen Gibson work hard to convince a broken Chloe that she was his, that she was who matters completely, and she was who’s happiness was his top priority. There’s nothing more romantic than a man who threw his sexual favours around far and wide, falling for the woman who didn’t want to partake in anything that he was offering, nor trust his motives. Everything about this series from Ms Shandwick defines why the Rock Star trope is my first love in reading.

    Chloe was a legend. Strong and feisty, she was beautiful in her nature and acted with grace. I adored her generosity, her pure heart and I loved her for it. And of course, this only endeared her more to Gibson. GIBSON’S MELODY is vital to their story and leads perfectly into a Last Score spin off where their newly adopted young adult daughter Piper, begins to blossom in life.

    This series has been a much-loved re-read and one that I highly recommend🎸🎶🖤

    I thought I couldn't love Gibson or Chloe any more than I already did... I was mistaken. Both characters have come so far from where they started, and they compliment each other beautifully.

    It is amazing how much life changes when you have to grow up and take care of others. I have been impressed with Gibson's constant need to help others and to be strong and supportive. This great attribute helps prove to those he loves that he is worth "the craziness" that the rock star life brings.

    Chloe has grown so much in her own ways as well. She has proven to be a great judge of character and a supportive spouse. The way she has turned all of the bad around and helped others is amazing. She has no misgivings about what she has gotten into with her life, as Gibson's wife and she proves she is worth it!

    I love the way KL Shandwick has brought Gibson and Chloe's romance full circle, and we can see how their love grows.

    Gibson's Melody (Last Score # 2.5) by K.L Shandwick  Gibson and Chloe have been married several years and they are living a happy life. They have found a balance between the rock star life and a life being able to help battered and abused families. This was a short story that had me from the beginning to the end. I didn't want to put it down. I don't want to give to much of this story away. However when a tragedy strikes, their family has to readjust. Than to add on to this one issue a old issue that Gibson and Chloe thought they were ok with is brought back up to the surface and puts a strain on their marriage when the past comes to one of Gibson's concert. I loved the way this story was told and I love Gibson and Chloe's love. He is still the cat's meow in my book and I would love to have someone love me the way he loves Chloe. 5 stars for me. I wonder where will the author go from here with the next book. Can't wait.

    And although its a short story, its jam packed with more goodness that you will just not want to put down!
    As always with these guys nothing ever quite goes to plan and with a huge spanner in the works that could put their relationship on their rocks, will they or want they sort things out?
