- Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2024My wife and I met the author a few weeks ago while on vacation on Amelia Island . We had a very nice visit with her and her husband and friends while at dinner and found out she was published. I just finished the first book in the Lands end series and it was spellbinding and I couldn’t put the book down keeping you guessing what was next. I would recommend this series as a great read and am looking forward to reading the rest of the Lands end series and more of S.W. Frontz books. Thanks Rodney Beard
- Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2016Samantha Patrick loves her husband with all her heart. Andy is one of the good guys. His love and protection saved her from the nightmare in her past. It has been over thirty years but the fear has never vanished. Lately Sam feel as if she is being watched. Has their enemy found them? This story pulled me in from the first page. Samantha is an amazing woman. She's a survivor. I loved her strength. Andy is a wonderful man. He loves his wife with his entire being and he'll do everything in his power to keep her safe. I hated that she was brutalized and wanted her to find justice. The author has written a powerful story that is filled with unexpected twists. The characters are well written and likeable. I was drawn to Sam and Andy. I cared for them and didn't want them to suffer anymore. I loved the beauty of Land's End. It may seem peaceful but danger surrounds them. I wanted closure, but I fear that the perpetrator has not been vanquished. This debut novel by S Frontz is impressive. I'm looking forward to more stories from this author.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2021When The Morning Comes grabbed my attention from the start and I didn't want to put it down. The storyline is exciting! The book needed more editing to correct some of the wording. But this is a very definite, exciting story, and I can hardly wait to read the second book of the series.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2017I absolutely loved every aspect of this book! The characters were amazing, the places were described in vivid detail, and the storyline just sucked you in! I read this in between classes and I can honestly say that I wanted to skip class a few times to finish the book! This is an awesome read for those who love mystery and suspense! I can't wait to read the next book!!!!!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 20, 2020I got this book and finished it in 2 days with life interrupting. This is my first time reading this author and her first novel.
The characters are well developed and intriguing. The action is exciting.
I feel deeply in love with some characters and immensely hated others, just as it was written to be.
I got to the end of this great book way too soon as I have so many questions about what the future holds for the characters, especially the nemesis , Matt. The book left me praying for Sam, Delaney, Avery and Andy and they are just characters in a book. But truthfully, it is so well written that they feel life like....on to the next book with excitement
- Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2023Oh my goodness! The book is the beginning of a nightmare that you can’t wake up from. Sam was working in her father’s bar and grill, and Andy is an undercover police officer working on a case when they met each other. When the Ruiz family feels they have been wronged, they will stop at nothing to get revenge. This book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first page! I definitely recommend it! You will not be disappointed
- Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2021Well written book! It has a great characters as well as a great plot. I highly recommend for fellow readers. I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of the series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Family secrets and revenge
At the beginning, this seems a cozy mystery set in a small town in America. As you read, you discover that it is much more. Sam is at college, but works in her father's diner in her free time, where she realises that there are a lot of shady dealings going on. Andy is an undercover cop who is trying to set up some unsavoury characters in order to arrest them. But things go horribly wrong.
From the flashbacks in the book, we slowly learn the full story of Sam and Andy's past, and what happened that night. Set thirty-seven years later, they have a family and a new life, but little do they know that their past is about to catch up with them.
Family secrets, shocking revelations, a criminal family bent on revenge - this book has it all. A few of the scenes could be disturbing for some people, but the author has dealt with them in a sensitive way.
I feel that the book does need some editing, but it is a very good story that will pull the reader in and leave them wanting to know how the story continues. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
