I'm so in love with this series from Suzanne Jenkins. I know everything comes to an end eventually, but I hope it doesn't happen to Pam for a long time. Ms. Jenkins just has a wonderful knack of getting the reader so involved with her characters you're pulled into the story and become one of the members of Pam's incredibly complicated family. The surprises keep coming and the ending was again the kind Ms. Jenkins is so good at - surprise, surprise, surprise. I can't wait until number 11 comes along!

Thank you so much, Suzanne J. for keeping me engrossed in my reading and anticipation of your next tome.

Susanne Jenkins never disappoints. I've read every book she's written and I just want more.
Pam of Babylon is my favorite series, Pam seems like a friend, although after reading The Savant of Chelsea yikes!! what an ending . I'm happy there was a sequel which I've already read. Once I pick up one of Susanne's books I have to finish it that day.
I'm looking forward to the next Pam book. I hope this series never ends.

After the first book, I had to read the remaining 8 and look forward to #10. Pam has more twists and turns than a road. Definitely an enjoyable read.

This series is like a train wreck! I couldn't stop reading even if I wanted to. Great, though implausible the story just keeps twisting & turning. Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse for Pam and her family, it does!

I rue the day I purchased Book #1 of this series, and I'm even more dismayed I purchased Books #2 through #10 because I wanted to "see what happened." Filled with far too many characters, convoluted storylines, and countless grammatical errors due to poor editing, this entire saga left me with several major headaches and confusion beyond belief!

I found myself having to re-read far too many passages in an attempt to figure out what the author was trying to say, as the editing was/is absolutely atrocious! ("When we meant." Say what? I believe "When we MET," would have been the correct choice of words, since the characters were talking about meeting each other. Oh, trust me! That is only ONE of the never-ending errors!)

In Book #10, a worthless chapter about finding a newborn baby on the street was utterly asinine. I literally groaned when the couple named the baby Reyhan. Was THIS kid somehow a spawn of Jack's or Dan's? Considering those two screwed their way from one end of NYC to the other, leaving babies in their wake, I wouldn't have been surprised! However, I was left thinking that the Reyhan tale was nothing more than an attempt to lengthen the manuscript. It was ridiculous, out of left field, and totally unnecessary - nothing more than a page filler.

WHO edited these books and how on earth did he/she ever find gainful employment as an editor or proofreader? The 'editing' is downright AWFUL! I was and am appalled!

Supposedly, Book #10 is the finale to the Pam of Babylon series, but guess what? The reader is left feeling cheated in a most disgusting way. The female characters, from the youngest to the oldest, are stupid beyond belief, especially good old 'Pam.' She is a real piece of work, lost in La La Land. What woman, fictional or otherwise, would put up with so much crap? Daughter 'Lisa' is no better.

AAAARRRGGGHHH! Frankly, *I* feel stupid for wasting both my time and money on this ridiculous series! I should sue the author and editor for causing mental anguish, as well as for a refund of every single book purchased! The errors, the convoluted storyline, the overabundance of characters...ugh! A reader should 'care' about a character. The perfect ending would have been for the lot of them to go out on an ocean cruise and meet the fate of the Titanic!

Excuse me. I need another dose of Excedrin Migraine.

And the saga continues. Another Pam of Babylon story that leaves the reader wanting more. Fortunately, Ms. Jenkins leaves the ending wide open to continue the story. Some fun twists and turns, and not nearly as dark as some of the other Pam books. Can't wait for the next one!

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 5, 2017
Like all the books I have read in this series it is a good read. It's a shame it doesnt appear to have been proofread, with so many typos / spelling mistakes. I would have rated this book higher but I find it hugely irritating when an author spells their own created characters' names wrong!
