About the author

Imogen is a self-published author who started writing paranormal romance novels in 2017. Her debut novel was Dragongrove: Mated to the Dragon King, the first book in the Dragongrove series.
She lives in Colorado with her husband and two daughters. One of her favorite activities is looking at old houses, especially anything built before 1800. She fantasizes about the day she can buy a house that's old enough to definitely be haunted.

- Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2018I bought the first one for free and I wasn't expecting getting dragged into this amazing story, this book was better than the first one and I loved how Ingrid grow so much during this story and I'm a bit sad that the rest of the series doesn't seem to have this couple as the lead again...

- Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2018I feel the book needs another to go on with the story. I am being totally selfish and would love it to continue. Thank you for taking me the magic world of drag
- Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2018I love a good love story
- Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2018Disappointing.
Maybe I didn't notice it with the first book but the authors sounds very juvenile this time with short sentences, reminding me of the adventures of Dick and Jane. That and by the forth page, gratuitous sex.
Pass.
A chosen read for review trade.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2018I was so pleased that this installation of the series focused on the growth of Ingrid. It was hard the way she had to do it but it mirrored real life for so many of us. Sometimes it takes difficult circumstances to make us rise to our true strenght.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2018The only thing I didn't like about this book, is the fact that it didn't continue on forever.
It made me cry in sadness, it made me cry in happiness and anything that evokes those kinds of emotions, is a great book. It killed me thinking of Ingrid reliving her mate being missing every morning, over and over when she reaches for him in bed. How hard she's trying to keep things together, while inside she's dying. Then the horrific guilt Helias feels, when he does something horrific. Among so many other thing's happening, but I'm not giving anymore away.
Ingrid tiny, human, strong, put together, organized, caregiver, dedicated and so in love. Helias, Dragon shifter massive, physically strong, protective, unbelievably loving, caring, patient, reassuring, and so very in love.
This is the second book in a series, so I look forward to reading every single one. Imogen is a little bit of a newer Author to me, but she's quickly becoming a favorite. Another touchdown:) I'm read another of her Dragongrove book's today, I can't wait.
I received this ARC from the Author, the review is my opinion after reading it.
