The Dragon Mate's Awakening (Dragongrove Book 3) Kindle Edition
Caelian, an intimidating but charming stranger who's appointed himself as her caretaker, doesn't seem interested in giving her up. It certainly doesn't help that he's saying all kinds of ridiculous things about dragons and mates...
He doesn't know about her secrets. He doesn't know about her husband. And he definitely doesn't know why she absolutely can't leave her life behind to be with him.
The Dragon Mate's Awakening is book 3 in the Dragongrove Series and can be enjoyed as a standalone novel.

About the author

Imogen is a self-published author who started writing paranormal romance novels in 2017. Her debut novel was Dragongrove: Mated to the Dragon King, the first book in the Dragongrove series.
She lives in Colorado with her husband and two daughters. One of her favorite activities is looking at old houses, especially anything built before 1800. She fantasizes about the day she can buy a house that's old enough to definitely be haunted.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2018I have read the first four books in this series and have really enjoyed them. my one complaint is none of the books are long enough. BECAUSE they are so short there is no time to fill the storey out and most of it is foreplay and marriage. That is very well written but the four little books could almost be one book. That said--I have just purchased book 5 on my kindle.

This is the third book in the series, and can be read as a standalone story. I would however, recommend reading the first two books, to get more of the back story. Maggie and Caelian's story is a well written story, complicated matters of the heart. Maggie has recovered from the plague and Caelian accompanies her home. He is sure that Maggie is his true mate. What Maggie tells him on the way back to her home, makes the story more intense and keeps you reading to see if they have their HEA.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2018It's easy to get lost in the world of Dragongrove. If you've ever wanted to be a princess (or a dragon), you'll enjoy this story too.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2018It could have been good. Instead it was just a little action sandwiched between sorid sex scenes. I won’t buy another.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2018This was Maggie and Caelian’s story. He watched over her until she recovers from the plague that has ravaged the land. After he escorts Maggie home, he finds out that she has been married to her husband since she was 12. Sounds like a cult where the men marry underage girls. Nasty business! When she can’t stand it anymore she asks him to help her. He comes to her rescue with his brothers.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2018I voluntarily received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book from Exclusive ARC for review. Maggie and Caelian: This story is parallel in time as book two of this series. Maggie had been a patient at Dragongrove, but when it was destroyed she was moved to their alternate location. All the while she was unconscious, Caelian knew she was his mate. Once she recovered, Caelian accompanied her to her home. On the way she told him she was married. This was heart-wrenching to him. But he let her go promising to write, and write he did and she him. The rest of the story is one of suspense, revelations, danger and survival. It is quick paced and the plot was intriguing. The story of a dragon’s love for his mate. Another excellent book by Imogen Sera. This is a must read. Can’t wait for the next installment.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 2, 2018Love this story of Maggie and Caliean. I can’t even imagine knowing she was his mate and having to let her go back to her husband. I thought at first she had children but it was because of her mom. I’m so glad Caliean was able to rescue her and her friend, Juliette and her sisters. Wish they would have went back and rescued all the girls.cant wait to read Tarquin’s story even though I would have loved to read Julien’s next.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2018This Book 3 in the Dragongrove series is a really sexy romp in a really sexy world. Definitely worth reading with the 1st 2 books.
