O’Hagan’s gym has been a part of the south side community of Chicago for decades. Kearney O’Hagan’s family has owned the gym since his great-grandfather emigrated to the city from Ireland. Most men in his shoes with only a daughter to carry on the tradition of turning out some of the best fighters would worry about the end to a legacy—but most men didn’t have a daughter like Teagan.

Teagan O’Hagan grew up in her father’s gym. She was used to taking a ribbing from the men who train there, and it never has bothered her. At least not until the two friends joined and questioned Teagan’s role at the place, leaving her wondering if it is their questions or the fact, she is attracted to them that has her temper flaring.

Maximum Masetti and Nicolo Asaro are best friends and cousins who train together, each for a different weight class. The small-time fights bring them extra cash, but they have their sights on the big league. However, to get there, they need a trainer/manager and a gym to back them. When they think they have found the perfect place, their attraction to the fiery redhead who works in the gym could be their personal downfall, one they are willing to take.

While the attraction grows into more than either party expects—Teagan shows Max and Nico that if they’re going to succeed in the MMA to the next level, it will be Her Way or No Way.

    A quick enjoyable read.
    I felt that the author had the ability to convey some depth to the personalities of the characters bringing a greater sense of reality to her story.
    The writing draws you in and keeps you interested until the end.
    The chemistry between the H and h is great plus their attitudes and events going on make the story even richer.

    Teagan is out to make a name for her father's gym in MMA fighting. Nico and Max are looking for a gym to promote/train them and a woman to make a family with. When these three come together, will the guys be able to convince her to take a chance on them professionally and privately?

    I have to say that I am really enjoying Carson Mackenzie's work. She is a new author to me and has a decent number of books in her catalog, thank goodness. Teagan is a strong woman but she isn't childish about it as can happen in more than a few romances. The guys let her stand up for herself and back her up. The development of their relationship with the added dynamic of the guys' family was awesome. I cannot wait to dive into more of her stories. 4.5 stars for Her Way or No Way!

    Fate brings Max and Nico into Teagan’s father’s gym in search of a trainer who can lead them into the MMA. What they did not expect but did relish was the challenge that she represented: they were both attracted to her in a big way, their trainer was “just a girl,” and they all had a lot to prove if O’Hagan’s gym was to be sanctioned in the league in the future. Fortunately for all involved, their growing attraction, the full support of her father for Teagan’s professional as well as private lives, and their hard-earned talents all adhere in a short time to become unstoppable in their quest to attain their goals.

    A great first read from this author, with fight scenes as engaging as their steamy scenes together!
