Both are very strong characters so there has to be some give and take before they can be together. The author does this in a way that shows both humor and struggle. The author also provides you insight into the other characters that make Mythic special without taking away from the main story line. I can't wait to read the next book from Abbie Zanders, and visit Mythic again or what ever other magical trip she sends me on. A quite retreat from life's crazy moments is just a page turn away with this author.

    This is a short story ( or i read it fast, thats why it seemed short) that will keep you seated till the end.
    We knew the alpha for previous books, and we knew about the whole "sup" city.
    Truth is, you can read this...and still get the idea, but would it be much better if you read 1-2-3 before this one.
    I loved him, and I liked her....i am sorry but I so want to know who is next...endless posibilities!

While there are some violent aspects it mostly resolves around love/family/happily ever afters. I love that her books don't boast serious violence or in depth details about the harm to others. She writes clear concise stories. I love her wicked sense of humor too. Her books always have me laughing out loud no matter where I am when reading. I love that all of her books, even though they are series can be read in any order or as stand alones. I have every one of her books! She is a must read author.

    Really enjoyed this romping little tale! Humour and sass along with anguish and an aspect of brutality (it's a story about werewolves don't ya know) and characters surprisingly well rounded, given the length of the story, meant that the pages just rolled over one after the other until - bam - all gone! The sex was hot and feisty but not kinky, and there were VERY few typos (thank you Ms Zanders!).
    Wolf out of Water is book 4 in the Mythic series so I went straight on to look at getting the previous ones, but they're all vamp romances which really don't float my boat, but I'm so glad I took a chance on this book and will definitely be looking for more by this author.
