Hot Short Stories is a book, as the title suggests, that holds many different passionate, erotica stories. The stories within this book are simply incredible and compelled me to read for hours on end, and I believe this is down to two reasons; Goa's exceptional talent at writing as well as the fact that each story was different from the last. The stories within this book are incredible and no two stories are the same. Instead, the stories are all original and different from one another. For example, some of the stories written by Olga Goa are contemporary pieces of fiction but some are fantasy...yes, there is this wide of a spectrum, how brilliant is that!

The stories within this book are very passionate! Goa truly is the queen of writing erotica. The themes explored in her stories, such as fantasies, forbidden love and many different types of erotica is sensational and will keep readers turning the pages for hours on end. Oh, and how can I forget to mention that there is a familiar face in one of the stories from Fateful Italian Passion!

Olga GOA (Goa is a pen name) was born in Russia, Moscow. She always was too attached to literature in her young years, and her big dream was to share her creativity with a lot of people. She likes to read romance and especially dark romance where things are so close to real life and make readers really sympathize with the book's heroes.

Such genre inspired her to write her first dark romance novel FATEFUL ITALIAN PASSION that was published in August 2017. It became her hardest and the most emotional work in her writer's life. But she's happy that she did it, and she is totally satisfied with it. It’s her most favorite labor to what she dedicated her soul and heart.

And she has a lot of projects in the future so you must stay tuned not to miss any new releases on her Amazon’s page. At that moment, Olga published four novels including the scandalous thriller CLUB DRUNKEN CHERRY, and her next one is on the way!

Her book FIP won NaNoWriMo 2015 and won the 5 place in The Best 20 novels list on writer’s social site - Inkitt 2016. Olga GOA also won 1 place as Best Online Author in The Writer Awards 2018.

    From gods and goddesses to alpha males, bad boys to wounded girls, damsels in distress to wounded boys, this book is loaded with short stories from the imaginative mind of Olga Goa. 12 shorts stories grace these pages and are an easy short read before bed, on a commute, or while waiting in a doctor's office. Be careful though these stories could result in some unpleasant consequences if read in public. I won't elaborate further. I purchased this to get a taste for Olga's work as I explore the world of erotica. I wasn't disappointed. These are heavy on sexual exploits and passion and she does offer some interesting combinations of telling the same story from two different viewpoints. She also includes some chapters with teasers to her two novels Fateful Italian Passion and Club Drunken Cherry. I'm still deciding which one of those two to read next but I'm leaning to Club Drunken Cherry as it sounds like a more erotic version of Eyes Wide Shut combined with a secret society like in Skulls. This one is definitely worth exploring!

    Olga, being Russian, does make some interesting word choices occasionally but I think that is partly due to her being Russian. I just imagined I was reading the book in the voice of a Russian female from countless movies and it worked really well.

    This was the most scrumptiously naughty group of stories! Perfect for times when you only have minutes before you’re dragged back to real life, like at lunch time at work or right before your child’s game is just about to start…
    All involve a young woman and a man she knows, knew or has just met. Some involve capture, all involve delicious sexy events. Four are unique in that they give the male and female points-of-view (POV) in different stories, which I thought was neat. THE BAD BOY OF MY COLLEGE AND THE GOOD GIRL FROM MY COLLEGE ARE SUCH, as well as the female POV, UNLOOKED-FOR TURN OF FATE to the male POV in MY NEW LIFE. So steamy HOT. There was actually one, CHOICE, that ended so sadly, which is a poignant love story.
    I saw in the end of the book that Ms. GOA is from Russia. The interesting thing is that a couple of the stories read like Ms. GOA’s newsletter with missing “the” and “a” where they should be, like a foreigner might write/speak American english, while others were perfectly written and maybe edited. Highly recommend this book if you like short, HOT stories of imperfect people…

    Hot Short Stories is a refreshing collection of one-shots. Each story has an original voice, and no two stories are the same. The stories have a broad-reaching range of contemporary to fantasy. It is loaded with intrigue, forbidden love, hot fantasies, and even familiar faces (Bonus Stories: Club Drunken Cherry and Fateful Italian Passion). Will old lovers or newly budding romances be able to deny their chemistry? What spicy fun can couples REALLY get up to?

    Overall 3 words to describe this collection: Shocking, Fun, and Intense Hotness

    Do you want to go on a wild ride of shock, fun, and intense hotness? Then look no further than Hot Short Stories. This book had my attention from the moment I started it. I gobbled it up so fast and then went back and reread it again. I totally enjoyed this one!

    GOA did a phenomenal job of establishing connections to the characters in each of the stories quite quickly. Although they are short stories, they are definitely complete stories. Every one of the stories has a beginning, middle, and super intense end! Are they always pleasant? Are they always happy? I won’t spoil that for you, but I will say they are always fulfilling.

    Outside of loving the characters, the next reason I connected with these stories was that the story ideas not being predictable. Yes, they were logical, but what I mean is that there was always some fresh twists and new element. Next, I enjoyed how each one of the stories was in a completely different voice. One minute I was reading about a college student and the next I was in ancient times. There was such a refreshing fluidity of settings, time periods, and POVs. GOA’s transition between each story was flawless. At the core of each story, I felt a deep connection and relatability to the romance of each couple. All felt real, sexy, and were gripping.

    Now let me take a moment to appreciate all of the Alphas. They were incredibly HOT!

    With all of that said, I must also say that I caught myself giggling and blushing all throughout the stories. I loved that! I read some of GOA’s past work and enjoyed seeing some of the other characters from past books. That was a nice treat! All in all, GOA has a gift for making you feel and go wherever her stories do!

    Do you like falling in love? Do you like adventure? If so, this one is DEFINITELY something you will want to check out!

    I give this 5 STARS!
