I love the idea of this story just from reading the prologue. Read it...really you won’t be disappointed! It’s a fantasy story that only gets better the more I read! This is a crazy good very ingenious book! It amazes me what happens at the house but I really love the world they visit! The things they run across and the people they vsee. I thought this would be scary but it’s a lovely story instead with a wonderful message to many.
The characters were great! I chuckled with them and sat here amazed while reading. The names, the jobs, and the friends. All very cool! Magical stories are not my usual read. But I loved delving into different worlds or places.
One of my favorite lines was when one characters is explaining why he is clumsy
“Sorry. I have giraffe legs when I first wake”
For some reason this just hit my funny bone and makes me smile.
This is not my first story by this author. But it is by far my favorite. I enjoyed how the story moves forward at a good pace. It’s easy to follow along and fun to read on any night. I highly recommend this book to people of all ages.
