Lady Justice and the Sting, Lady Justice and Dr. Death, Lady Justice and the Vigilante, Lady Justice and the Candidate, Lady Justice and the Book Club Murders, Lady Justice and the Cruise Ship Murders, Lady Justice and the Vet and Lady Justice and the Pharaoh's Curse won the Pinnacle Award for the best new mystery novels of Fall 2011, Winter 2012, Summer 2012, Fall 2012, Spring of 2013, Summer of 2013, Spring of 2014 and Fall of 2014 from the National Association of Book Entrepreneurs.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2019I love all of the Lady Justice series. There is a mystery running through each story with some comedic passages thrown in for relief.
Robert Thornhill is an author who keeps things current and relevant in all his books. He covers sensitive subjects and intertwines his stories around them with a positive outlook and satisfying finish.
This book deals with a device that can erase memories and give the receiver a new lease on life with a clean slate. He talks of how dangerous this device would be and how many people, countries would vie to steal it and use it for their own selfish means. This is a frightening premise but with advanced technology today anything is possible.
This is an enjoyable mystery that is a quick read but will leave you wanted more of Thornhill’s easy prose and quick wit.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2019No it is not Shakespeare, but it is well written and deals with a lot of what is going on in the world. These book put a finger on the sore spot. They do not give solutions but they make you think.
I read several of this series and they are all good, some a little more to my taste, but all with a great part of reality. I love them. Of course, in real life Walt and Ox would be long dead, but that is where the fiction comes in ! May they live forever.

by Robert Thornhill
Walt Williams had stashed a mysterious box in his safe without telling anyone. After a period of time people wanted to hire him to find the contents of the box. Robert Thornhill incorporates current events along with fantastic fictional ideas. I absolutely love reading "The Lady Justice," books and anxiously await the next installment.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2019I love this author! I started another box set by a different author at the same time as I started this one. ( I love my kindle unlimited.) Of course I could predict what would happen. Walt and Kevin drew me in and I devoured this book. It's a quick but satisfying read. Spend some time getting to know this author. You won't be sorry.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2020Even though this one is #34 of the Lady Justice books, it's short and it succeeds beyond expectations. An aged private eye Walt Williams is more or less retired, but he still finds interesting cases to keep him young. Or the interesting cases find him. The author has been slowly building Walt's character through all these books, and by now we should have a good idea of where the story is going, given the characters that have been building. All the books I have are pretty short, so I can whip through them quickly. So can you! I recommend this book!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2019The premise is fantastical. Reprogramming memory to change a person's future. I'm sure there are scientists working on similar projects right now. Some with goals for good and bad. Insightful of Me Thornhill to think along these lines.
