Tanya Anne Crosby is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of more than thirty-five novels.     What an awesome story this was about a modern day scientist Annie Ross who time traveled back to the 11th century. She met her soulmate Callum on a hill when she woke. His clan had the Stone of Destiny hid in a cave on the mountain. Love this story - it has romance,history and intrigue.

    This set of books can be read as stand alone stories, but my bet is once you've read one you'll want to read them all including the prequel set highland brides.
    All the stories are based around romance set in a background of historic Scottish/English borders. The Gaurdian of the stone series relates particularly to a clan of Picts & The Stone of Scone with a dash of "pagan magic" thrown in to bring it into the 21 st century. Highly recommended for teens and older.
