    Gypsy Crossbreed by CA King is a fantasy novel that’s part mystery and part fairytale. On the day of Gypsy’s parent’s funeral, a strange man finds her and delivers an envelope. He also shares some intriguing advice, “not all wishes can be undone once made.” The envelope contains a business card and a key to a safe deposit box which reveals a beautiful jewel and secrets about Gypsy’s life and lineage.

    What she finds takes her on a quest to a foreign land, Orbis, to learn more. She finds a legendary castle and three handsome princes. She learns that an ancient curse has fallen upon the Ungamaru clan and the princes’ need her help. It’s only Gypsy who can fix previous wrongs and break the curse. That is, if she’s willing. But not everyone wants the curse to be broken. Danger lurks, but in the end, there is a satisfying and unique ending. Highly recommended!

    A most enjoyable fantasy novella about a young woman who discovers she is a throwback from a time long gone by. Through a pendant and a portrait of a woman who looks remarkably like her, Gypsy decides to delve into her mysterious ancestry. Following a hunch takes her and friend Janet to far away a kingdom called Orbis, where they find a legendary castle and three lords who hold the secret to Gypsy’s past.
