This is a unique book which gives poetic insights from the poets hailing from 7 countries.Thus we have a feel of varied experiences and varied sensibilities making it rich in content. I enjoyed reading the poems. All the poets in general and Mr. MD TASLIM in particular deserve high appreciation for bringing out this fine collection.
I would like to particularly mention the two poems contributed by the poet Sarah Fathima from Bangalore, India. The poem "Nothing like putting a child to sleep" is great because of the use of exquisite and apt words to describe the thought processes of both the child and the one putting it to sleep.The poet beautifully creates the serene atmosphere of the moment and has to be rated highly.
The second poem "Autumn" by Sarah Fathima paints a wonderful picture of the transformation of the seasons and the onset of Autumn.The poem has deeper connotations and deserves plenty of accolades.
