This was my first book that I’ve read by EM Shue and to say that i was blown away is an understatement. I adored her writing style. In this book you will read about a Vegas wedding between two very career oriented people. One works with a police force and one is a FBI profiler. Zeke truly doesn’t believe that he isn’t good enough for Jameson but she on other hand knows she’s perfect for him, but will he choose her or his career? Their lives couldn’t be anymore different but so much alike at the same point. When their careers intersect each other, they are completely floored. Zeke knows this is his one chance to show Jameson that she comes first but their timing is never good and she begins to feel like she will never be first in anyone’s lives. When the killer they are looking for kidnaps Jameson it turns out to be a race against time...Will Zeke make in time to rescue Jameson or his once chance at forever gone?

I really enjoyed this story! Zeke was a sexy alpha and Jamie was a strong female lead but saved her softer size for Zeke. The story pulled me in and held me captive wanting to find the killers. It was the perfect amount of suspense & thrill with a lot of love on the side.

Jamie, am FBI profiler, and Zeke, a DC police detective, are both in Vegas for different reasons and run into each other at a bar. As the story progresses a series of decisions ties them together, they keep running away from and into each other, and finally accepting the truth of their feelings does not guarantee a happy ending. E.M. Shue’s Zeke’s Choice is a thrilling book that takes another Caine boy off the market. This book references events from Accidentally Noah but the reader does not have to have read that book to enjoy this one. Reader discretion advised due to dark subject matter and/or possible triggers.

I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

    I love this series
Jamie and Zeke are exciting. I love how she melts for him even when she doesn't want too.
It was very exciting and kept me very interested from page one.
I just found this author and can't wait to read the rest of this series!!!

This is the second book I’ve read by E.M. Shue, and I really enjoy that she writes strong heroines. The story line was promising, but in the end I felt things were tied up too neatly, almost in “Scooby Do” fashion (i.e., clearly telling the reader, “this happened, then this happened...oh, and then a few years later, this happened.”) That’s not a bad thing, per se, but apparently it’s just not my cup of tea (or perhaps, I’ve become a very critical reader). Sometimes I prefer things not to be tied up in a neat bow. I also thought there was a little too much back and forth, wishy-washy thinking by both the hero and heroine.

Love Zeke and Jamie so much. They are bada** and perfect for each other. This story has the perfect mixture of suspense, drama and intense heat that had me page turning and forgetting about life for a while. Also love the crossovers with Securities International, which is one of my all time favorite series. Cannot wait for more of these characters and others as this series continues.

    Jamie and Zeke
    This is another great read.
    Romantic Suspense, Drama, Mystery
Jamie and Zeke meet again in a Vegas bar, the next thing they know they are waking up married.
Jamie is upset and wsnts a divorce.
They fly back to DC and go their separate ways.
A few months later Jamie is transferred to New York.
They both end up assigned to a serial killer case. As they dance around each other things happen and they might try a relationship. But tne killer gets Jamie. When she found she had been tortured and is hospitalized. Zeke tries to see her but her mother keeps them apart lying to both. Jamie hss been through enough and the lies are hurting her more. Will Zeke be able to piece together the truth or will he really lose the one woman he actually loves. Will Jamie find the strength to fight or will she fold under the pressure
This is an emotional read and has some visiting characters from Security International series.
The book can not be read in one sitting because of it's graphic nature well for me anyway.
I received a advanced copy of the book for my honest review
