    Arvin, who is a Black Muslim, starts dating Tina, who is Jewish and born and raised in Israel. Both work at the same hospital in Philadelphia. They have a large group of friends from work who support Arvin and Tina as their individual families have a hard time accepting each other's different religions. This is a wonderful book, very well written as with every book Suzanne Jenkins writes.

    The author has described this perfectly and I was reminded, once again, that sometimes these differences are the catalyst for accepting others. When that acceptance happens within the hearts, who knows what will happen...

    Loved this and will read more by this author. Excellent descriptions and a firm grasp on human nature...

    Most highly recommended.

    This is a really wonderful book. I love the way the author includes Chanukkah and explores the challenges a couple of mixed religions and mixed races have to handle to find their way to their own happily ever after. Great addition to a great series!
