    This is a collection of 3 short stories.

    The first story, "The Good Indian Girl", which follows young Anglo-Indian woman Leni's first in-real-life meeting with a caring, respectful, but also naturally and unapologetically dominant partner, with whom she has begun a kinky relationship online, is my personal favorite.

    The second story depicts the dynamic between a married couple.

    The 3rd book had Nisha exploring the darker side of things.

    All 3 stories explore sensuality and eroticism in the best way possible.

    Although the horror genre in cinema is all too often written off as one-dimensional, the very best horror films are first and foremost simply great *films* that have darker and more frightening themes, but also have great characters, rich themes and excellent story-telling.

    In the same way, the very best erotic fiction is first and foremost great fiction that is sexually arousing, but also richly human and superbly crafted - writing that respects and rewards your intelligence, curiosity and humanity as well as raising the heat in the room by a fair few more degrees. And this three-part anthology from intriguingly self-styled author, The Secret Submissive, is truly excellent erotic fiction.

    My personal favorite in this excellent collection is the first story, "The Good Indian Girl", which follows young Anglo-Indian woman Leni's first in-real-life meeting with a caring, respectful but also naturally and unapologetically dominant partner with whom she has begun a kinky relationship online.

    What spoke to me so much in this story is that, unlike far too many protagonists in erotica, Leni is a fully three-dimensional and likable human being, someone for whom kink is a deep-seated part of who she is, but by no means her sole defining human trait. Leni is intelligent, witty and passionate but also a relatably insecure, vulnerable and at times outright conflicted human being who has a real family, community, culture and life of her own that informs who she is and how she navigates and ultimately thrives in this first real-life encounter.

    The second tale depicts a night in the life of a happily married couple who have a natural dominant / submissive dynamic, but find ways to deepen that intimate bond over the course of an evening as they attend and privately subvert a classy and "respectable" social event together.

    The final tale takes us into the darker, riskier and even more intimate side of kink, as protagonist Nisha enacts, experiences and explores a cherished fantasy of "consensual non-consent" with her trusted dominant partner.

    This is a delightful and concise read that is rewarding and erotic in the very truest sense of word. This is fiction that is rich and layered, and simply never wastes a single word, line or paragraph in its rich and skillful storycraft.

    If kink and BDSM are topics that speak to your wicked little heart and soul, go and read this immediately. You will not regret taking this opportunity to experience a new, unique and gifted voice from an author whose further work I absolutely cannot wait to dive deeper into.

    I'm a lover of erotica and this did, most certainly, not disappoint! Wow, just wow. Thoroughly enjoyed every single book in this series. The characters are believable and I found myself whisked into the alternative world of BDSM without a doubt whilst reading. Couldn't put it down and was immersed in the fabulously erotic scenes. Looking forward to reading more from this author.
