E.M. Shue is an Alaskan award-winning romance author. She writes in many different sub-genres but always features badass heroines in gritty situations.     Renee, mother to two of the Securities International members, and Greg, father of one member, have been dancing around each other for two years. As the story progresses ghosts from the past turn up like a bad penny, they both have their own demons to fight, and getting closure does not guarantee a happy ending. EM Shue’s latest Securities International book is another thrilling addition that addresses quite a few dark issues and settles most of their demons. I am looking forward to reading about Nikki and Zach’s story.

    Incredible! I love this series so much! I absolutely loved Greg and Renee’s story. They both have terrible pasts that they need to overcome and deal with in order to be together. This story is action packed, emotional, with twists and turns, danger, and secrets are revealed. It’s wonderfully written, with an excellently crafted plot, with fantastic characters that you will fall in love with. An incredible read and I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

    Another amazing addition to this already incredible series. The story continues with Greg and Renee where more details emerge leading to even more of the drama and suspense we’ve grown accustom to in this series. You won’t want to put this down and I encourage everyone to start from the beginning and settle down for one heck of a binge read. While some questions may be answered more emerge and I cannot wait for the next of this series.

    I have read one previous Securities International book by this author, Identity's Kiss, which is Anthony's story. This book, Forever's Embrace, is Renee and Greg's story. I loved both of the books. I love the whole Securities International setting and how all of their stories intertwine with each other, mostly without any of them knowing, since they're all so good at keeping secrets.
    I think because I read Anthony and Paige's story first and was kind of partial to them, I have to admit, I went into this book, at first, not really liking Renee all that much. Greg I loved from the start, but Renee, not so much. Anthony is her son and they had and still have issues that need working out. So, I was not a big Renee fan when I started this book. However, I grew to understand her a lot more and why she had made some of her choices in life and why why hadn't shared with family what she was doing and why she was doing it. Believe me, this woman had a lot going on.
    I am happy to say that my opinion of her totally changed by the end of the book.
    As usual, I cannot wait to read further Securities International stories!!!

    Greg is now in Scotland working for Securities International. He is father to Maya and Derek and grandfather of five. His ex wife Sara was presumed dead in a fire but a detective contacts him regarding her murder. Renee (Betsy) returns to Talkeetna, Alaska after being gone for almost two years. The manager she left in charge of her bookstore has been embezzling money along with her husband. This intriguing read has sacrifices, danger, threats, death, embezzlement and so much more. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

    I absolutely loved this book. While I hadn't read any of the series before, I am definitely going back to do so. However, I don't feel like I had to to understand what was going on. E.m. gave just enough detail and information so you were not lost!
    Greg and Renee both have things they are running from but Renee decides the time is now to try and face them and when things go wrong Greg come to help. Along with both families! Great book! Mystery and intrigue straight from the beginning, I had to know what happened! I just had to finish the book!

    Wow this is a writer who can put many issues the the people have gone thru in books . Greg was a husband who endured spousal abuse years ago . Writing about the subject could not have been easy . Renee has lived her life for those she loves . This is their story and brings the other characters in the story back to you again . Loved it !

    This was my first book by this author. and I plan to go back and read the rest of this series. This is Gregg and Renee's story, many of their secrets are revealed. It's an action packed quick paced read. If you're a fan of the series, you'll love this installment.
