Kaden James is an excellent author, poet, and coach, and Coach Yourself deserves a 5-stars!

I have read two of his books to date and have found them to be fresh, inspiring, informative, creative, and moving. In the current state of the world, coaching has become more important to the human condition. Kaden's work will help touch and heal the soul, show a path for success and victory through techniques, goal setting, and action planning. His prose are both beautiful, powerful, and woe, Mr. Kaden James, wow!

5-stars for Coach Yourself: The Secrets Used by Master Coaches That Get Results is a nonfiction self-help book written by Kaden James.
James is a Certified Life Coach with an Expert Rating. While most of us have heard about life coaching, the idea of hiring a life coach seems to be an option reserved for the more affluent person. People may also wonder how hiring a life coach could actually make a difference in their lives. In his book, James explains what a life coach does, and what benefits clients may receive from working with a coach. He also describes how life coaching can help the client remove the negativity and self-sabotaging behaviors that prevent them from attaining goals and living a happy and fulfilled life. He sets out the importance of life coaching, describes how to connect with your inner self, and helps the reader plan and work toward their goals.

Each section of the book is set out as an interactive text with space allotted to allow the reader to work with the material provided and make it their own. There's also a workbook included at the end of the text. Coach Yourself is a well-written guide that demystifies the concept of life coaching. As I began reading, I found myself responding to each question and concept Kaden James brought up and actively getting involved in the self-coaching process. While a brief text, James' book can be a positive, life-affirming, and powerful tool for anyone who wants to change their lives for the better. The way the author presents his subject matter makes it easy to get started and keep on going -- no matter how challenging making the changes needed may seem. His knack for breaking things down into doable chunks can build one's confidence and clarify one's skill in seeing and seeking a future designed with purpose and intent. Coach Yourself is inspiring and could be life-changing.

    Another amazing little book and guide by author Kaden James. Packed with 'how-to, self-help secrets,' and methods he uses with his Professional Life & Wellness Coaching and helped him overcome obstacles in his life.

    From the first chapter through the last, it offers a wealth of information as it guides you along the way. I learned just how important self-love, mindfulness, and being focused play a big role in our careers and our personal paths to a happy and successful life.

    My only complaint? I wish it were much longer ...LOL. This is the 3rd book I have read by this author, and have never been disappointed thus far. I highly recommend it!

    I sat read through this in one sitting. There are so many valuable tools in here you can begin using immediately and apply to your own life/situation. I have taken classes in Life Coaching, so I can tell you it is all in line with everything I've learned. I've also received a spiritual form of life coaching, where we utilized all of the tools here, especially the journaling, visualizing, and list making.
    I believe you can put these tools to use and see results, I also think it is a great way to see if you would like to look into hiring a life coach if you feel you need to go deeper or if you are the type who needs more accountability. But for anyone who can be accountable to themselves, you basically have all you need right here!
    Like Kaden says, you have to be honest with yourself when you are doing the exercises, if you do that, you'll get such great value from this! I can see doing it with a friend, if you need someone to hold you to it.
    I look forward to more from this author too!

    Not offen you come across a item that makes you want to do it as your reading the book, instead of after you finish it. This book makes you want to dive in on step 1... It doesn't make you feel overwhelmed by it, easy to understand and follow steps. Hands down a must have.
