Sabrina can't move on from it and blames the band for what happened. Theo is in a bad car accident and he ends up being at the clinic Sabrina is doing her training for physical therapy. He can't figure out why she is standoffish towards him but is intrigued by her. When he learns that she hates his band he doesn't understand why and Sabrina is willing to talk to him about it. Will Sabrina be able to see that she's wrong in blaming Theo and the band for her friend's death? Can Theo show her that he is the man for her?
This is an emotional story that will captivate you as the characters find their way to love. The chemistry between them is sizzling hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2019This story has some unexpected twists that separates it from the canned stories we are all presented. I enjoyed it very much. I wish whoever is publishing, editing and reviewing this book would pay attention. Multiple wrong words, missed words, etc. really detracted from what is a good story.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2019Sabrina and Theo made for an interesting couple. I found their story refreshing and different. I like how Sabrina was not the woman Theo knew two years prior to them reuniting yet once he realized what had changed about her it did not change how he felt or saw her. Sabrina was a bit immature at times yet with her back story it made this easy to forgive and forget. While I found that I really liked the characters of Sabrina and Theo and really felt engage and invested in them and the story I found myself having an internal debate between 3 and 4 stars for this story. The reason for this was the writing itself. I found many sections to be a little confusing. Often the author would write as if a scene had ended and time had moved forward yet next paragraph was right back into the “now”. It made some of the time frames very confusing and impossible to follow after taking me out of the story due to my frustration. Normally with an ARC I would ignore the typos, missing words, tense and wrong identifiers but coupled with the fractured timeframes I felt that I had to mention these things because I have no way of knowing if they will be corrected before publishing. So with all of this said, I found the characters and their story so emotional and engaging that I had to go with 4 stars. Even with the “errors” this is a story worth reading.

But then her worst nightmare come true Theo the drummer and once her friend that she had a crush on hires her after an accident with his shoulder. - Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2019This book was so good! If only I could give more stars! Two years ago, tragedy struck and tore friends Theo and Sabrina (Brin) apart. Now a similar accident brings them back together only this time Sabrina can't push Theo away and Theo can't let her go, no matter what. This book had HEAT but it also held heartbreak and sweetness that kept me reading cover to cover. I can't wait to read more about Adam's story.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2019Sabrina and her best friend were in a car accident while on their way to see Theo and his band perform. Sabrina blames the band for the accident that killed her friend. Two years later, Sabrina is working at a clinic while finishing her physical therapy program. When Theo is brought to clinic after being in a horrific car crash, Sabrina is put in charge of Theo's physical therapy. Theo wants to get to know Sabrina again, but Sabrina wants nothing to do with Theo. Can Theo break down the walls that Sabrina has built up around her heart? Can Theo discover why Sabrina holds so much animosity towards the band? Can Sabrina learn to forgive and learn to move forward with her life? Can Theo prove to Sabrina that she has always held his heart in her hands? I really enjoyed Rock God Heir by Brandy Munroe. Great story about strength and forgiveness with other characters from previous books in the series making appearances. I would definitely recommend getting Rock God Heir by Brandy Munroe.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic rock story.
Brandy Munroe is a new author to me and this is a fantastic story and it’s my favourite genre rock stars / bands etc. Sabrina and Theo used to hang around together before Theo’s band made it big, Sabrina was in an accident which killed her friend and left her scarred inside and out. They lost contact until a couple of years later when they meet up again but Sabrina has a lot of hate for Theo and his band so Theo has a lot to do to break down Sabrina’s walls, Theo wants Sabrina scars and all but she isn’t the Sabrina that he knew from years ago but he will do what he has to to have her in his life. This is a fantastic story it’s very emotional and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.
