- Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2013I don't believe that writing about all the wrong done to you and by you goes along with "No Longer (being) a Victim". The writing is really bad.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2011No Longer A Victim is an open and honest look back at pain, disappointments and several life changing events that stole a child's dreams. Never taught what was LOVE sent her through looking for love in all the wrong places to finally finding love when she began to love herself to heal. No Longer A Victim was the cracking of the frozen heart that is now renewed and moving forward for a greater life of love.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2012Highly recommend this book to anyone who ever has had to deal with being a Victim of any kind. This book provides experience, resolution and moving forward. Insight beyond what one can think on their own. However this book also would apply to anyone out there who may not consider themselves a "victim." Definiton of "victim" is "1) someone, something that is killed, destroyed or sacrificed 2) one who suffers from a loss" ( Webster New Word Dictionary) Think about it, in daily life we suffer little loss and great loss. We struggle with many things from drugs, eating, alcohol, depression all the way down to not getting "our dream job" or "losing a close friend." This book will apply to you. This book is written from personal experiences, personal resolution and then guides you to find yourself using the situations and applying to your own. I personally could not relate to all the situations, but what happened when there was a situation being talked about, I put myself in my own situation. I couldn't put it down the night I bought it. I stayed up and finished it. It will inspire you, guide you, teach you and most of all you will be "No Longer a Victim."
