Simply put, I am a woman, wife, mother of three, and Nana of eight grandchildren. I grew up and still reside in Michigan with my husband Bill. I have always been a talker and completely enjoy creating art from words. I have always found discovering new words and then using them every chance I could to be such fun.

The very first thing I ever said I wanted to be when I grew up was an author. Then one day a children's magazine my parents subscribed me to had a writing contest. I was all in and entered my story. My most embarrassing moment story won and was published in the magazine. It was one of the greatest moments of my childhood. But then, when a check for my story arrived in the mail, I knew I was hooked. Getting paid for something I loved to do and enjoyed and did just because it was fun and because I wanted to was just heavenly!

But life happened and the dream of being an author went into hibernation. That was actually a good thing because the life that got in the way of me pursuing my childhood dream led me to the man of my dreams and set me up to get to know lots of children in so many different ways. Research, one could say. (I'm giggling now!)

Ultimately I decided to follow my first passion of becoming an author and write when I became sidelined from a bum back. I couldn’t do much else being benched so I thought to myself, why not? That’s when “The Little Jenna Jafferty Series” was born.

I've been writing ever since and expanded the genres I write in.

    This book Forgiven and Not Forgotten
    Is of coarse about Gods redemption, his love and forgiveness!
    Yet so much more:
    It’s about his endless patience toward us on our journey with him.
    Constant tugging at our heart.
    Teaching us more of his scriptures and ways.
    So many times we are lacking clear understanding of the scriptures and his principles.
    Terra Kern goes deep , explaining concrete truths of his word.
    From forgiveness , to angels.
    If you want to be encouraged God hasn’t forgotten you and want to dig deeper into who he is ; read her book.
    The church many times has spoken faulty truths concerning the word of God.
    Terra sheds much light in the darkness.
    Her heart felt book of her journey to wholeness and easily relatable concepts is a winner.

    Terra’s book, Forgiven and Not Forgotten reads like the BEST fiction Novel BUT IT isn’t …. It’s THE REAL Deal, written from this precious author’s heart. I was so captivating…. I read it in no time … Terra drew my very essence into her failures, her heartbreak and her Redemption through Our Dear Lord’s tender Hand on Her life. If you enjoy the truth spoken gently and wisely into your soul then I Would HIGHLY recommend you read Terra’s book😇

    Forgiven and Not Forgotten is a poignant, thought-provoking and personal story of how God is working on our behalf, even when we can't see it. The Bible is referred to as 'the living word' but often we find it difficult to understand what that means. Terra delves into scripture, and further breaks down those scriptures with real-life experiences to shed much-needed light in a world that has spiraled into darkness. Starting from her childhood onward, Terra shares her experiences--the miracles, the tragedies and everything in between--that make it easier to believe that there are greater things to come for those who put their trust in the Lord. If you've ever wondered how the word of God is relevant to your own life, or if you need reassurance that you're not alone, I would highly recommend you read this book!

    This book is well-written and the personal stories the author shares are both poignant and powerful. It is clear that Terra has experienced divine intervention in her life which has strengthened her convictions. This book serves as a testament to Terra's faith and her dedication to spreading God's word.
