Taking her with me means war, but there’s no way I’ll walk out of there without her. Phoebe is mine, so is her daughter, Ember, and I’ll protect them with my life. I didn’t become the Sergeant-at-Arms for my club by being a pushover. I’ll spill as much blood as I deem necessary to protect my family, but no one will take them from me.

        THATS HOW FREAKING AMAZING THIS BOOK WAS. I DONT KNOW HOW THE AUTHOR DOES IT WITH EACH STORY, BUT SHE KEEPS BANGING THEM OUT BETTER AND BETTER.
        SO MANY TWISTS AND TURNS AND GASP MOMENTS READING THIS.

        I love Kraken from the get go. He was fierce and strong as a character, and just seemed to know right away Phoebe needed him.
        The things Phoebe has suffered and went through would have broken a lesser person, but she is strong to.

        There were a few Omgosh moments and like I didn’t see that coming but loved it after it slammed in my face!!! I laughed out loud several times reading this. I love the funny interactions between characters. And their loyalty to each other is so true. And I love the glimpse we get to see of past characters from other series that intertwine with these books.
        Jordan is still such a great old lady!!!!

        I can’t wait for the next book from the author, because I’m sure it will become another new favorite

        I probably say this after reading one of Harley Wylde’s book but this is possibly my favorite “so far”. Don’t get me wrong I love all of them but man, did Kraken impress me. He’s not only a total alpha but he has the kindest soul. He’s tender, sweet, and absolutely loving; but mess with his family and games on. I loved that he saw Phoebe for who she truly was and not what her circumstances made me out to be. I genuinely enjoyed, adored, and loved every single second of this book.

        Sometimes you find a series of books you can not put down until they are a done. This is that series. This is a stand alone book but I love how other people from the other books pop in and out weaving a very strong story. There are some dark parts to these books but unfortunately they are things that happen in real life. How these characters rise above and survive is the true inspiring story.

        Kraken and Phoebe's story is not for the faint of heart, that is for sure. But what a story it is! For as bad as her current situation is, Phoebe is still so sweet. She protects her daughter with everything she has, loving her regardless of how she was conceived. When Kraken comes to make a deal with Deuce and the MC that have held her prisoner for so long, its like Fate was finally stepping in. Kraken is smitten with this pretty woman on sight. Once he hears her story, there is no way he isn't going to get her and her daughter out safe. He is so sweet to them and has an even temper for a biker. His vengeance is swift and he knows the consequences. I think Hades Abyss is becoming my new favorite MC, these guys are amazing! I am blown away every single time Ms Wylde gives us a new story. She is simply amazing! Ten stars for Phoebe and Kraken!

        Another good book from this author, Kraken came to the rescue for Phoebe from a rotten biker club that used her as a whore and raped her. She and her daughter became Kraken's old lady and so she finds out so many nasty things from her parents. I hate spoilers so you'll need to read the book to find out some surprises also its a cliff hanger so need to read another book of hers to find out the ending.

        I’m not really sure where to start with my review, i have lots of questions, I wasn’t sure if I was going to read this book to start with as I read the synopsis and was slightly put off but decided to give the sample a read and then bought the
        book cause I was hooked, there are some really dark scenes but you have to remember it’s fiction, phoebe is taken away from a really terrible situation at the first or second chapter which is good, it gets a bit dark in the middle and there are more than a few twists and turns which is where most of my questions come from, also this is the second book that a preacher hasn’t been who he said he was so that makes me think something else is going on in the MC world where the clubs are linked, enjoyed the book, can be read as standalone
