Two girls drowned at the dock of Widow's Lake ten years ago. No one suspected foul play at hand, instead they just saw it as a double suicide. Years later, the dock master's daughter taps into the dreams of her friend, Samuel, and tells him of the heaven she lives in with Crissa among thousands of others.     About a decade ago, a freak incident happened that shocked everyone to the very core, and the repercussions of which were bound to be long lasting.

    At the time of that incident, no one knew or realized, or rather tried to understand the reality, but just believed what was made to show them.

    However, in the present times, when everyone has sort of moved on and forgot about the accident, Dockmaster's Daughter comes to visit her friend Samuel.

    The protagonist makes a convincing case for the latter to pay heed to her demands, however the journey that she wants her friend to embark upon is going to be tough.

    After reading the blurb, we might feel like we know this story, however it was completely unpredictable, which will keep the readers hooked.

    I loved the writing style of the author and the way the entire narrative was controlled, hence I would definitely be recommending it to all.

    Some stories keep us engrossed with it, that we start assuming the characters in real. This book gave me scary moments bit still i didn't stopped reading it.
    The book opens the doors to the mystery behind the missing girls. People thought it was an accident and forgot about it. For years no one spoke about it.
    Time passes by and after 10 years they are back in the dreams of their friend. This left so many questions in my mind and I kept on with the flow to read.

    The dock master's daughter by Author Zach Thomas is mystery and suspense read which is one of my favorite genre which I enjoy the most to read.

    When the dock master's daughter and her lover crissa gets drowned in the widows lake, everybody thought it as a sucide.

    People always believe what others show them, no one comes forward and tries to know what happened exactly. The same happened in the case of the missing girls. People forgot about them and never discussed about the matter.

    The plot is very well plotted. I loved how the characters were developed. Each and every page will keep you connected with it. A gripping story with suspense and thrill in it.
