Each Serendipity book is a complete story in the humorous misadventures of Seren Starlight, but there is an arc of mystery and romance which develops throughout this planned eight books series. Each book coincides with one of the sabbats of the wheel of the year and will be released roughly every six weeks. Since there is a mild Welsh theme, they are written in British English.

Poppy Flynn was born in Buckinghamshire, UK and moved to Wales at eight years old with parents who wanted to live the 'self-sufficiency' lifestyle.

Today she still lives in rural Wales and is married with six children.

Poppy's love of reading and writing stemmed from her parents’ encouragement and the fact that they didn't have a television in the house.

    Ahhh... Seren, I love her. She is finally graduating from the academy. Siarl has realized that there is a plot to keep her at the school, but she has more than met the requirements to graduate. When she leaves, she goes to her parents' cottage that was left for her. She realizes that she can feel her parents' spirits at the cottage and she finally feels safe and protected. This was left as a cliffhanger and there will be four more books in the series. I have really enjoyed them and am looking forward to the next book.

    The end!! Was great and has me salivating for the next installment. I adore this world, Seren and Siarl. More naughty dreams slightly darker desires. And its still not explained but we all know what's going on here, right? All the hints, none of the reveal. Keep em coming!

    Seren Starlight's adventures continue, and she finally graduates from the academy. She is ten years older than her fellow students, and feels lost with no friends, no contacts, nowhere to go, and no job lined up. Leaving Siarl behind also hurts. Their relationship is something special. Somehow, even with her magic on the fritz, things come together, just in time for the next book. It does end on a cliffhanger.
    This installment of Seren's story is a fantastic read. Poppy Flynn has done a wonderful job creating an original magical setting. While it can be enjoyed on its own, this book is much better as part of the series. I enjoyed this, and look forward to the next in the series.

    I am really enjoying this series of stories that are full of all kinds of paranormal hijinks and mysteries. Seren and Siarl are working together to try to figure out who is evil and who is not. Since eyes seem to always be watching, even where it should not be possible, they have to hide that they are working together. The world building and characters are quite fascinating and very detailed. I am ready to read the next episode of this well written witchy story.

    I have lived watching Seren's story unfold and seeing what happens next. Poppy continues to write a light hearted story but still manages to have mystery involved. This one end with you wanting more and I can't wait to see where Seren and Sadil go next.
