We were about to be sold when the auction house was attacked. Everything got quiet, and in walks “Ironman.” Only, he is Commander Zared Maktu. Soon as the helmet came off, his gaze riveted on me. I knew he was mine, and he looked as stunned as I felt.

We were the Farseek Brigade. We won the war, yet we returned home to find our world bombed to ruin, and our people were stolen. We renounced our commissions with the Tran Stellar Consortium. We went mercenary to raise money to pay for our mission to bring our people home.
I never expected to find my soulmate Harper Avery from Dirt. At least, that’s how it translated, but she corrected me. She was the balm my soul needed when our future seemed so bleak. I knew taking her with me on our dangerous quest was selfish.

    After years of fruitless efforts to get her books published traditionally, she discovered Kindle Direct Publishing and became an Indie author-publisher.

    While she loves scifi, she always thought there should be more romance so she started writing it hot and steamy.

    I received this book for free. I couldn't put it down. Earth women captured by aliens to be auctioned as sex slaves. Rescued by sexy warriors whose home planet was destroyed and some of their people were taken as slaves so they are trying to rescue them and liberating all slaves. The story kept me interested till the end. I was sad it ended. The sex was explicit but for in with the story.
