Kate spends most of her time in her lab, and as much as she believes in her job, she occasionally longs for a break. Being captured by aliens isn’t exactly what she had in mind.

Neither is being forced to abandon ship and almost drowning in an alien ocean. But the massive alien warrior who saves her? He might be exactly what she needs.

Prince A’tai is desperate to escape his family and their nefarious political schemes. On his way to a remote island, he rescues a smart, beautiful female. She doesn’t belong in his world, but he is determined to keep her.

But A’tai is not quite what he seems, and the planet of Mafana holds more than one secret. Can Kate and A’tai survive political intrigue, a planetary crisis, and their inescapable differences to forge a happy ending?

Each book in the Alien Abduction series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and steamy romance is intended for a mature audience only.

USA Today bestselling author Honey Phillips writes steamy science fiction romance about hot alien warriors and the Earth women they can’t resist. From abductions to invasions, the ride might be rough, but the end always satisfies.

Honey wrote and illustrated her first book at the tender age of five. Her writing has improved since then. Her drawing skills, unfortunately, have not. She loves writing, reading, traveling, cooking, and drinking champagne - not necessarily in that order.

This book was a hoot! I enjoyed the length of it and it’s contents. I will say there were a couple plot holes I think would probably be filled by reading the rest of the series but, for this book only I will say I was left confused in a couple places. The FL was relatable for me as I hate men or I just don’t think of them in that way. I loved she continued to practiced her specialty and the ML supported it pretty well. On to the ML he was your classic ML had his moments where he spoke about something to rash and caused an argument but then immediately made up for it. I liked the pacing between the main characters and their first ✨woo hoo✨scene and it was well written. The anatomy of the ML and his species could’ve been better described but, it gave home enough to picture.

This was such a fun and sweet, low-angst alien romance! I've formed a huge love for Kraken romances of late, especially if done well. This one was done very well, with some new and unique twists to the features of the Kraken species than I'm used to! I found myself smiling and laughing quite often. Which is always a plus. And the steamy moments between A'tai and Kate were super sexy and sweet and perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Definitely an easy light read and very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a Kraken/Alien romance!

I love the movie Last of the Titans, of course the 80's version is my favorite, and this isn't like that, it's so much better in my opinion.

This was a fairly quick, light, and easy read. It kept my interest and was entertaining. I was pretty skeptical over their complete lack of communication in the beginning (who finds someone in an escape pod and shows absolutely no interest in how that person ended up there?) but I didn’t have to suspend disbelief too much. Their relationship was cute and the world pleasant enough that I didn’t end up feeling too much sympathy for her. Ok, a little bit because I am not a fan of seafood lol…

Science nerd and ocean lover here! This was such a fun read! I can relate to Kate focusing on her studies and her help with algae farms feels real too. A'tai has just a pinch of that Princely entitlement, but I can also relate about wanting to read in my room rather than go to parties my family puts on so...you get a pass. A'tai's mother also plays a relatively large role in the book, but it changes with time so you have to read to find out about that. Loved it!

    *spoilers below*

Nice to see in this book it seems the emperor, whoever that is, is leaning towards getting rid of slavery but has to start slow by enforcing laws already in place about their treatment, which includes adequate food, clothing and no abuse. Glad to see that might change a little.

This was decent. It was a bit hard to picture how the H looked for a while, and I didn't like how he thought their relationship would start, but it was a very sweet romance between the two. You'll have to be generous with your suspension of disbelief but I recommend it.

The h's age isn't confirmed but my guesstimate is late 20s early 30s. The H's age isn't confirmed but my guesstimate is late 20s early 30s, in looks if not age. It didnt feel like an age gap but there was still no confirmation on whether the alien in this book lived longer, etc.

The h is a virgin. The H is a virgin, I think. He's had only a few 'liaison's' but has never used his 'moa' which I think is the same as his 'mating arm', which I think is the same anatomy as a human D. No BC.

Spice is 4 fires out of 5.

She was stripped naked and out in a dress that barely covered her while unconscious. One of the aliens that abducted the h squeezed her breasts painfully as she was being put in the pod in the beginning. He's also extremely crude. Later he finds her but isn't able to do anything to her.

    Epilogue 8 months later.

Bruh I don't know what to say, this was the third and last book I will purchase from this author, I gave it so many tries but I don't think I can come to good terms with the writing style of the author. The story per se is not that bad but I just don't like how the female character is treated and overall reacts to certain situations. It almost feels like she got Stockholm syndrome or smt like that. This just wasn't my cup of tea....
