Romance novels are how I learned to read, and I feel it is because of the depths in which great writers can bring the emotions out of a reader. When you read my novels, I want you to close the book and still think of the story beyond because romance never dies.

If there’s one thing I love its a good motorcycle club romance. This is Gillian Grey’s debut novel and I thought it was done so well. I was hooked by the end of the prologue and could not stop reading until the very end. I really love the writing style and the suspense buildup was perfect. There is a huge family and I thought they were introduced well and the world building was good. While this is a standalone not everything was solved (no major cliffhangers though) and I can’t wait to see those conclusions in later books. -MC Club -Starting over -Age Gap -Strong FMC

    Allie is running from her mom and stepfather, and Chase takes her to his club where her father sword is a member, they have never met and when they do he chokes her for she looks like her mom who has died, thats when his club is mad at him for they don't harm woman. Anyways, trouble comes her way and of course Chase and Allie get close. love his book alot so much happens but you need to read this book to find out.

Let me just say that it will most definitely keep you on the edge of your seat wanting to know more and how it ends. Let see I’m looking forward to reading the rest of this series.     When Al turned 18 she knew she had to flee her stepfathers control. He had twisted thoughts of them getting married and she did not want to be under his control any longer.
    When she runs away she gets only so far before her stepfather’s men track her down. She goes into a biker bar and asks for help. Good thing because Chase was just leaving the bar when his Uncle brought Al out and said to take her wherever she wanted to go. Chase takes her home to his MC family.
    This was a great start to not only this series but also for a debut book.
    This had me hooked from the beginning. Action, drama, suspense and steam. It’s an age gap romance with the perfect amount of angst.
    I can’t wait for the next book!

    Runaway Allie Cat was a fun read and a good introduction to the Bleeding Souls MC.

    Allie's pure determination to rescue herself and live life to the fullest no matter what life had previously thrown at her was an aspect of the book that I truly enjoyed. I especially loved the friends she made over the course of the book, especially the relationship with Zane, Claire and Garrett. I appreciated a female main character in an MC based novel actually taking the time to learn to ride and work on a bike, not just being sitting back and letting everyone else do everything for her.

    Chase's storyline was just as intriguing as he works to save women just like the woman he found saving herself which helps to explain how he handles a number of the situations he finds himself in with Allie.

    This book has a number of qualities that I really enjoyed, and I cannot wait to see the direction this series goes. I do feel like Chase's character could have been fleshed out a little more in the story so that I could have really rooted for him as the male main character (I kind of wanted her to end up with Zane over Chase) and the climax of the story through to the conclusion could have been a little less rushed. I liked so many aspects of the conflict in the book that I would have loved seeing them expanded upon more.

    Runaway Allie Cat is a slow build MC romance. Allie has been through a lot during her young life. Then when she turns 18, she will runaway from her rich controlling stepfather who wants to marry her. While running from her stepfather henchmen, she jumps on Chase’s bike. Chase feels a connection to Allie but think she is too innocent and young for him. But he also has deadly secrets of his own. But to see them work through their differences and for Allie to finally find her family who will love her. But when Chase and her family is in danger, so she runs again but this time she leaves her heart behind. Their journey will be twisted but their ending is filled with happiness.

    What a fabulous read. This is the first book of Gillian Grey's that I have read and I have really enjoyed it. The storyline was exciting and the characters were great. The pressure was on whether Allie would be found or not. Nice one Gillian Grey ... I will be reading more of your books 📚 👍🏻

    I became very frustrated reading this book. The way it was written isn’t how most people speak nowadays. It was as if a child wrote it to be honest. I don’t think the editor or proof reader did their job either. There were quite a few grammatical mistakes right through it & the ending was pretty average. I wouldn’t read anymore of this author’s books. I only finished it to add to my monthly book total & to leave this critique.

    I wanted to like this book coz I don't like leaving negative reviews but honestly I found it a bit boring and farfetched. Not recognizing someone just because they changed their hair colour or took off glasses is ridiculous. I really did want to like it but I flipped through it. Just not for me maybe others will like it.
